INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:

● POOL AND SPA HEAT: We maintain the pool and spa at a base temperature of 70 degrees. If you would like the water warmer (Pool: 85°F / Spa: 103°F), please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival. Heating is available for $45 per day or $270 per week plus tax (minimum of 2 consecutive days).

The spa shares the same heating system as the pool and operates on a wall-mounted egg timer in 1-hour cycles. To achieve the desired spa temperature, ensure the pool heat is activated and the egg timer is engaged. Please note that the spa does not maintain elevated temperatures like a therapeutic hot tub, and it may take several cycles to reach your preferred heat level.

Additionally, the heating system will not operate at full capacity when the air temperature is 50 degrees or cooler. No refunds for pool heat will be offered based on weather conditions. If you have any questions or would like to add heating, please let us know!

● PROPANE: Guests are welcome to use the grill and fire pit free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

● CHILD AMENITIES: Crib, 2 Pack N Plays, 2 strollers, 2 highchairs, and a safety gate

● PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed and must be pre-authorized by the Host in writing. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.

● PARKING: 2 Driveway spots. Single loaded street makes additional parking easy.

● SECURITY: Smart Lock Entry and Community Gate Access

● POOL SAFETY: Pool has a child safety fence that can be removed by the guest.

● ITINERARIES: We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.

● The mini fridge that is outside by the BBQ is currently not working.
