New to the rental market, be one of the first to stay at this newly and beautifully updated 5 bedroom, Luxury Reunion Resort home with a brand new pool!!

This luxury Reunion home is located within the Homestead area of Reunion, within easy walking distance to the Reunion Grande, The Clubhouse and The Seven Eagles Pool.

This newly furnished villa has its own private pool and spa, theater room and game room. The bright open ground floor has a comfortable living area, a formal dining area with seating for 6, a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar. There is also an adjoining breakfast eating area with seating for 4.

The spacious ground floor Primary suite has a King size bed, large TV and large en-suite bathroom with twin vanity sinks, large tub, and walk-in shower. There is another king bedroom on the first floor, adjacent to the downstairs bathroom. A gallery landing upstairs leads to three additional bedrooms, one with a king bed, another with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds, all with Flat-screen TV's plus 2 full, shared bathrooms. *Free secure, high-speed WiFi.

Relax in the outdoor private swimming pool with spill-over spa, while barbecuing and enjoying the view overlooking the Watson golf course! There is a patio area that seats 8 along with loungers by the pool.

All of this is located in the exclusive Reunion Resort. A truly beautiful place with world class amenities such as infinity pools, scenic walking trails, on-site fine dining and much more. Reunion Resort is only 2 minutes from I-4 which will take you to the theme parks, outlet shops, malls, other restaurants, night life, etc. You are also only about 1 hour from the beautiful beaches of Clearwater. Never a dull moment in Reunion!

Please note that our guests do not have access to the Reunion Waterpark or golf courses. This requires private membership that is no longer being issued by Reunion. *It also increases rates by over $50 a night.

If renting this property, you will have access to most community pools, the fitness center at Seven Eagles, restaurants and bars. Although you will not have access to the Reunion water park or golfing, there is an amazing water park at Margaritaville (just minutes away), and golfing at Champions Gate (right down the block).

* This fabulous home is less than 10 miles from Disney World and under 20 miles to Universal Studios.

The hot tub had a great temperature but the pool never actually got warm, the pool deck was pretty dirty and the house itself was not very clean especially some of the bathrooms. It was a comfortable home and the location was Ideal with a beautiful golf course view.

Great family house

Great place to stay for our family of 7. Myself, my husband and 5 kids ranging in ages from 3-21 thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was spacious, clean and had plenty of linens, paper products for use. The pool was beautiful and the game room super fun as well as the movie room. Check in/out could not have been more simple. We will definitely plan to stay again!

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very clean and well organized. We all enjoyed the game room and the theater room! The pool and hot tub were perfect to come back to after long days at the parks. We would definitely stay here again! Property management was also great to work with.

Fantastic House

The place came as advertised. It was gorgeous and clean and tons of space. The game room and movie room were awesome and the pool was very nice. Tons of room and space for everyone to come together as well as get away if needed. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

WONDERFUL HOME

If you are looking for a great vacation home you have found it! The listing is exactly what the home offers. The beds are very comfortable and all the furnishings are updated and lovely. The game room was a huge hit with the family, as was the bonus movie room upstairs. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day at the parks. We did not want for anything. We would book this home again. The booking process was a delight as well making sure we had everything we needed along the way.

We stayed at the property for 28 days. During that time, the hot tub worked for 4 days and the pool heat for 14. While someone came everyday to “check it and see if they could fix it”, there was no sense of urgency to contact the company that installed the pool to fix it until 2 days before we left. The host did provide us with access to a public pool and spa. Communication was great with the host, sometimes multiple times a day; however, we still did not have working hot tub or warm pool most of our trip. We are retirees and do not go to Orlando for the parks…we escape Michigan to swim and sit in the spa and it was more than disappointing . My advice is to double check to ensure the pool and hot tub are functioning properly. The house was clean, has a great layout and in a beautiful private club. I also let them know that the air conditioning was not strong in the game room and I suspect they have fixed that by now.

REUNION LUXURY HOME w SPA POOL

Our Stay was the week of June 25th week… We love the house! And Feel in love with the new pool area. The property management team was so excellent and responsive to all our needs or issues. (Very minor issues) We SAVED over $800 dollar this vacation due to the young family adults enjoy the house game room and movie room that we cancelled several outdoor activities around the city. I love the house so much - it’s our second home from home…. I love the staff and the reunion crew Nice walking path and golf course located behind the residential location. It’s a place where u don’t need to go to Disney, You can just stay and relax at the house and enjoy all its amenities. PROMISE WE WILL BE BACK! Our home from home

Nice house on golf course

Everything was good… here are some cons to improve on for future stays. - Upstairs shower bar wobbly/ falling out - Downstairs toilet doesn’t work - Fridge had weird smell - gas stove burner popping after you turn it off - light switch in dining room got really hot - Ac — no access and it was hot - ceiling fans- no options for settings. Only high and off - TVs in game room- not working/ not sync - all Bathroom- water pressure was low - pool spa- not sure if it went off after telling Alexa to turn it off…

Family reunion in a fantastic, beautiful and comfortable home

This 5-bedroom home looked too good to be true on line but lived up to the photos in real life. All of The bedrooms were very spacious, with their on bathrooms. There was a lot of privacy and the home was very quiet. When we arrived, the house was lit and all of the TVs were playing holiday music! The pool was lit and heated, with the jaccuzzi and pool fountains going. The location was great, with the golf course in the backyard and about a 7 minute walk from the large hotel/clubhouse, with its 2 restaurants. We had 7 adults and a toy poodle in the home and everyone was very comfortable. The home is beautifully and tastefully decorated, without any "Disneyesque " decor. The kitchen was amazingly well-appointed. There were enough dishes,utensils, serving platters and glasses etc for a party of 17 people THe cooking ware was high-end and there was an espresso machine! The outside space was equally nice and welcoming, with seating for 7 under a porch and poolside seating for many more. The jacuzzi was fantastic! I can't say enough about this home. Signing in and out was only a matter of entering a door code. Everyone had a fantastic time here.
