This is my second stay here, overall I love it but this one had some issues, Wi-Fi not good, no cover on ironing board, very slippery tub, nonstick pans very scratched up so food sticks, back be sink slowly draining

Misleading and not clean

The pictures are not accurate for what this unit looks like.. one shower had no hot water, things were not clean, furniture was dirty and broken, there was literally not even a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so pack your own if your renting this unit. I’m very disappointed in this unit as Ive stayed on this property multiple times and have never had a bad thing to say.

How would I know

When we arrived at 3 am ON December 28,and tried to enter the code, a man opened the door who had rented the unit until January 4. THAT WAS OUR CHECK OUT DATE! We had no where to go, no car, and nothing to eat. There was no clubhouse to wait in, as the Vrbo described. Worst travel experience of my 70 years.

Location,location,location!

We were a very last minute booking as we were snowbirding and had problems with our original booking. Javier got us in same day so we didn’t need to spend the night in a hotel. There were several issues that needed immediate attention and someone there in about an hour to take care of those issues. While the place seemed clean enough on the surface, we did end up doing some cleaning before unpacking. We put a cheap tablecloth on the table as it was very sticky (someone used the wrong cleaner on it). The couch was flaking the suede off so we bought a cheap set of sheets to cover it. Javier did say it was being replaced. Internet and phone were issues. Had to go outside to make calls or send text. There was no cable and streaming didn’t always work. The biggest problem we had wasn’t even our unit’s problem. After three attempts to fix water dripping into our hot water heater’s catch pan (and us siphoning the water off 4 time a day to keep it from soaking the bedroom carpet), the repair man was able to determine the problem was with the fourth floor unit. He fixed that and we had no more problems. All that being said, we liked the place so much we extended our stay one week.
