All guests are required to purchase a single access card, per car, upon arrival. The guard will direct you to the clubhouse to make the purchase. A non-refundable fee is $20 per car, including tax. Only cash or debit will be accepted for payment.

Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, private pool, and outdoor seating areas. Guests also have access to the resort amenities, including the communal pool, hot tub, gym, game room, and sauna. Arrival instructions will be provided 3 days before your check-in date.

For groceries and essentials, you'll find several stores nearby, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The resort itself boasts a range of amenities, including a community pool, hot tub, and clubhouse, providing entertainment and relaxation right at your doorstep. Getting Around:

Our home offers easy access to all the fun! Located just a short drive from Orlando International Airport (MCO), approximately 30 minutes, and Sanford International Airport (SFB), approximately 45 minutes away. Ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available. The Lynx bus service provides public transportation throughout Kissimmee and Orlando, with routes near the resort. We provide free parking for up to three vehicles. Guests are required to purchase a resort access card, at $20 per car, from the clubhouse upon arrival.



Other Things to Note:

We kindly request that you observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The minimum age for booking is 25. Pool and spa heating is offered for the duration of your stay at an extra cost of $30.00 - $40.00 + tax per night, with a 3-day advance reservation required. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited. This property welcomes children and infants.
