This house is a future NO for us. We have stayed in this community before in a different house that was amazing!This house needs work. First it may be worth having someone go in a change out the dead light bulbs. The appliances need replacement, they were horrible. The theater room did not work and the furniture is past its life
.so disappointed.Everything in the house feels cheap and used, even locking the doors was a hassle. On the patio could be nice if I wasn’t afraid the pool of water above my head was going to break. Seriously who monitors this property; fix the leak! And the hole in the ceiling, what was that about?The cleaning was subpar, hair left in the showers and the toilet seat downstairs needs to be replaced visually an eye sore. Overall if it was more than a weekend, I would have moved into a hotel. We did not enjoy the house at all, the upkeep and the broken things screamed low budget. All these things may seem minor but together were annoying. If you are going to rent an expensive property, take care of it or sale it.Sadly, I cannot recommend anyone staying in this house. There are just so many other nice places to stay, even in this neighborhood.

Beautiful home, perfect for large families

Our stay was very pleasing, property team was easy to contact at all times and home was very clean and cozy. Only downside was the HOA did not allow my family member’s rental vehicle onto the property because of the kind of car it was so it had to be returned immediately, which inconvenienced us and put a bit of a temporary damper on everyone’s mood but overall, great stay at the property and awesome property management team.

Great extended family house

This house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and four young children (could have easily accommodated more). Both floors felt quite spacious.We cooked most of our dinners so we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We paid extra to have the pool heated and were glad that we did as the young children were able to spend lots of time in it. The little slide and water table were a nice touch.It was a quick walk with strollers to the Oasis pools with a lazy river, slides, etc. You can purchase food and drinks there but you cannot bring your own with the exception of plastic water bottles and snacks for children. (No refillable water bottles allowed but they have water dispensers with paper cones). Also, be prepared to have your stay's confirmation ready to show the attendant or you will not be allowed entry. The house's management company responded quickly to our inquiries. We all agreed that we would recommend this house to friends.

Amazing will definitely stay there again

The house is definitely as described. It is very big and spacious . It was clean and had everything we needed. Pool and jacuzzi and a grill. The movie room awesome. You should definitely book it , you will love it too. It also had alot of beds so it is more than enough room for a large group. We will definitely book it again.

Huge house with theater

Great house with lots of space! We really enjoyed the theater and outdoor space. The back porch was covered and had a couch and large table and chairs. The only issue we had was that after we booked and paid, we were told that we need to go to the rental office 20 minutes away to check in before going to the property. This was a big hassle because we had been driving all night. I've never had to go to another location before checking into a house. They said it was because we booked less than a week in advance. Security was rude at the main entrance, which apparently guests can not use. They make you turn around and go to a different entrance to enter the community. The community pool and lazy river was nice and included in the booking. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely return.
