The Space:

1) TV'S SET UP: Living Room Smart TV 42"/ Queen Bedroom 1st floor Smart TV 50" / King Bedroom 2nd floor Smart TV 42" / Queen Bedroom 2nd floor Smart TV 42" / Twin Bedroom 2nd floor Smart TV 42".



2) INTERNET DETAIL: Provider Spectrum Summit with up to 1GB speed Wi-Fi. (wireless speeds may vary).



3) PET FRIENDLY: Pet Fee: $250 / per 1 pet - 2 pets or more $150/each (non-refundable). Animal Service and ESA policy: In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform.



4) PRIVATE POOL & SPA DETAILS: East-face pool. Deep end 5Ft. Safety fence around the pool. This property is equipped with the pool heater, It can be added to your reservation for $35.00 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days.

If your reservation has less than 3 days, the minimum payment still applies. The request needs to be made 24hrs prior to the date you want it to start. For units with Pool & Spa (Little pool attached to the main pool), please note that the water system is the same for both - they're connected, and the water circulates between them. Also, keep in mind that the Pools Spa is not a Hot Tub.



5) Grills are not allowed on the property.



6) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, pool heater, grill rental, house grill use, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability.



7) The screen doors of the enclosure area of the private pool are kept padlocked for your safety & security and for liability reasons. Only the pool cleaning staff will access it once a week for their regular maintenance service visit.



8) Baby Items (complimentary for all stays): Pack n' Play & Stroller & high chair.



9) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.



10) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.

An elaborate, spacious 6,700 sqft clubhouse encompasses an internet room, fitness center and a large inviting gathering room. Moreover, it is equipped with many outdoor activities so you can have fun in the sun including a large pool with a waterfall and slide, a beach entry area, lazy river, picnic area, children`s playground and volleyball court.

Solterra was an excellent location, close to many restaurants and the Disney parks. We loved the pool and pool heater kept the water at comfortable level even on colder days. House was spacious and clean. Maria was a great host, responding quickly to any questions or concerns. Overall, we had a great visit. Though no major issues, there were some concerns: Refrigerator would occasionally leak water. Not sure of cause but should be repaired before becomes worse. Clothes dryer worked but very slow to dry. Door handle to outdoor restroom would come off.

I booked this property for me and my family as a Christmas gift. I have so many great things to say about this rental. It was so clean, super nice, and big enough to fit a large family (we had a party of 8). The host was fantastic and messaged promptly. I paid for heating the pool, and this pool was literally THE perfect temperature. It was a good 85-90 degrees in there. My kids LOVED it. Nice private neighborhood. I will definitely be coming back!
