On the main floor, you'll find an open concept living space with a recently updated kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a coffee bar complete with a Keurig Duo coffee machine and starter coffee supplies. From here, you can keep an eye on your kids in the private screened-in splash pool while preparing breakfast. (Note: The pool can be heated for $15/day during winter.)

Unwind on the comfortable sofas in the living room, where you can enjoy your favorite shows on the 65-inch flat screen smart TV. The main floor also includes a spacious Queen bedroom with access to the attached bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. This bedroom is perfect for grandparents or teens who need their own space!

Retreat upstairs to the Owner’s bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, a large flatscreen TV, and a walk-in closet. Login to your favorite streaming apps or make use of the free cable TV. You'll also love the stunning newly remodeled, master bathroom complete with a dual-vanity and a walk-in shower.

Just down the hall is the washer and dryer followed by the third bedroom. Let your kids' imagination come to life as they are immersed in a beautiful and enchanted room full of some of their favorite Disney Princesses like Bell, Tiana, and Jasmine! They’ll get to play dress up with the Wardrobe from the Beauty and the Beast and complemented by a beautiful chandelier! The room comfortably accommodates up to four children or 1-2 adults in the full over full bunk bed. It also includes a large flat screen TV and a full bath with a tub.

The Resort
During your stay, you'll have access to the incredible amenities of the Windsor Hills Resort. Just a 2-3 minute walk from your front door, you'll find a FREE WATERPARK and Splash Pad. The main clubhouse is packed with numerous amenities, including a beach entry double Olympic-sized pool, a hot tub, an arcade with air hockey, pool tables, table tennis, a basketball court, beach volleyball and tennis courts, a marketplace, and a grill. You can even reserve the private movie theater for a special movie night. Additionally, there are two playgrounds within walking distance from the home. All of this in a secure, 24/7 gated resort to make sure you and your family can relax comfortably and with peace of mind.

Additional Notes:
Please remember that our home is a self-catering home. You will need to pack or purchase any personal or essential items such as hygiene and food products. For your convenience, there is a Walmart Supercenter located just 1.1 miles away.

To get you started, we do provide some basic necessities, including:
Toilet paper in each bathroom
Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash dispenser
Paper towels, dish soap, and sponge
Trash bags
A small sampling of spices

Guest access
Most amenities are a 2-3 minute walk from the front door! One private parking spot provided in front of the home with additional spots available just a few feet away in guest parking. Vehicles are not allowed to park along the street. Here are the amenities you can expect to find at the resort:

Olympic size heated communal pool with zero entry
Water park with dueling waterslides, an interactive kid’s splash zone complete with two slides, a water wheel, water cannons and water sprays!
Hot tub and expanded deck space with shaded seating areas
Sun decks with comfortable lounges, chairs, tables and umbrellas
Poolside entertainment and activities
Restrooms and showers adjacent to the communal pool area
Picnic areas with communal BBQ’s
Guest services center open 8 AM-10 PM daily

Rental Agreement
We are required to have guests sign a rental agreement which we will send to you directly after booking.

Pool heat is $15/day. This service is only recommended from November 1st to April 31st. This service is optional during these months, and if you want to add this service you have to request at least one week prior to arrival.

The community pool is heated at no extra cost.
