The Property: Luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bath home within the community of Orange Tree, is privately owned and includes many personal touches you will not find in a hotel room. Situated on a fully landscaped corner lot, located just 1 mile from shopping and only 8 miles from the the Walt Disney WorldÂź Resort. In fact, spend an evening by the pool and you just may see their fireworks!

Our home can sleep up to 10 people and is fully air conditioned with its own private screened pool and extensive privacy landscaping. It is tastefully furnished throughout, with all the conveniences you could possibly need, including a large size outdoor barbeque grill. Our beautiful home is large enough to accommodate 2 families comfortably.

This property is pet friendly, we will accept a maximum of 2 dogs and the non refundable pet fee is $150 per pet which must be paid prior to checking in. Please advise us prior to arrival if you are bringing your furry friend with you, failure to do so will incur a $500 charge

Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on premises there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.

As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool or spa heat being turned on.

In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $65 covers up to $750 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, nice neighborhood. We were very impressed with the quiet, peacefulness of this home. Management came by and cleaned the pool for us. Very much enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the kids swim while visiting with family. Plenty of room for everyone and my dog!

Better than I expected!

First off the house big and roomy. The furniture was a little worn but very comfy. Our pets had fun running around the house and on the large field as well the neighborhood. The only downer was the pool was ice cold so we couldn't swim. Other than that we spent our Christmas together and happy. Thank you Steve and Jenny

Property was as described.The outdoor space was nice would have liked a gas grille.The large space was great for group of eight.The ac worked well in the main section of the house but bedrooms were too warm.The mattresses need replacing and the linens were worn out.

Spacious home with a good pool.

If you are looking for a comfortable home with lots of space for everyone to spread out then this is the home for you . The heated pool was great. There’s plenty of seating for eating meals both inside and out. It was a treat for this upstate New York family to enjoy our meals outside in February. We opted to bring our two small dogs and found it very accommodating. We arrived late evening and were pleased that there was a few necessities, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap available for us. There are many stores close by including Walmart and Publix. Lots and lots of chain restaurants within the vicinity. Uber eats does a great job of delivering. There was a great farmstand close by and we were able to get fresh fruit. It’s a very quiet community. We were very happy to have a washer and dryer available to us during this trip. The kitchen appears to be stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The one recommendation I would have if you were considering renting this house and going to the parks (Universal or Disney) is to allow plenty of time to get there. Not the fault of the homeowners, just sharing a reality so that any potential renters are fully aware. Although it may appear that you are really close to the parks the reality is it took us nearly an hour and a half to two hours to get into the park, that’s from the door into the park gates. The traffic is very heavy here and I am told that a regular occurrence.

Beautiful home!

Everything was awesome, the house has ample room for big families. Just needs a little upgrade on small things. The first thing I would suggest is to get rid of the carpets in the rooms. Other than that we had a great experience. Would definitely rent again!

Quiet neighborhood

The neighborhood very quiet which made for a very relaxing time sitting outside! The house was clean, and had lots of room for us, and our dogs. We would definitely stay again!

Nice for our needs.

The house was nice and clean. The oven's top element wasn't working well. We tried to make pizza and the top was cold, and the bottom was crispy. Also, we think one of the beds was actually a full, not a queen. The full size bed was not very comfortable (divot in the middle). The owner was very pleasant and accommodating.

Property is located safe peaceful area with parks and tennis courts in walking distance. Checking in and out was hassle free. Received immediate response when asked a question. The WiFi service was good. Property is well maintained and spacious. Lots of seating.

Excellent location and home!

The house was clean and very spacious! Very nice quiet neighborhood! Playground just down the street. We were so thankful we could include the whole family (including dogs) in our week of down time with family! The pool and the pool table kept the whole family entertained.

Quiet Neighborhood

Loved This Vacation Home!!!

As a first time VRBO renter I was hesitant but this home was immaculate! The home is very spacious and clean throughout. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook. Having a private pool was wonderful for myself and my son. The only thing I would add is that the washing machine needs to be serviced as it makes a noise when it goes into the spin cycle but other than that my stay was wonderful and would stay here again! Thanks for the beautiful home!

Great location and very comfortable home

We had a great time. The house is well kept and very inviting. We did not ask for the pool to be heated and it felt absolutely perfect after a long, hot day at the parks. The location is great, very close to grocery stores and only about 35 minute drive to Disney/ 45 minutes to Universal. We also enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was and enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. We did not have any issues during our stay that required us to contact the owners but prior to our arrival they were very quick to respond to any questions so I am sure they would have been should we needed them while there. We plan to return next year and would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The house location is perfect to get to anything. The grocery store is only 1 1/2 away and there are many great restaurants my husband and I found close by. The owners were very responsive when we needed a battery changed in the smoke alarm. Steve was there and had it changed in less then 30 minutes from me sending an email.
