You can comfortably sleep a maximum of 2 people in the studio. This studio

home is located in the backyard of the main home, with its own separate

entrance. The kitchen is fully stocked & furnished with all new appliances and

has everything you need. Washer and dryer available as well. The Hot tub is

available in the yard.



*Please note that the hot tub is private but if there are separate guests who are staying at the main front home at the same time, they will have access as well. While this rarely happens, private use of the hot tub can be arranged.

*Please note this is a completely non-smoking property, including outdoors. The homeowner is extremely allergic. There is a $500 NON REFUNDABLE SMOKING FEE if the house smells like smoke. This includes vaping.



*No parties allowed. Strict Occupancy limit enforced.



*Quiet hours starting from 9 PM to 9 AM



Pet Friendly with an additional fee. If pet is 25 over pounds please message

owner for prior approval before booking. Pets must be 3 years old or older. No

cats allowed, the homeowner is extremely allergic.

Please note that a $300 refundable pet deposit is required and will be charged

on site.
