This is a GORGEOUS elegant house that has been completely renovated with 5bed, 4bath, an amazing game room,Tvs in each room,FREE WIFI, private pool/spa and sleeps up to 12. Located in the quiet an private community of Calabria at Westside. Close to major highways, grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants. Very close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Family-friendly activities.
The living room is spacious to accommodate the entire family, has a 75" smart Tv.
The kitchen is completely furnished with new cookwares.
The bedrooms offer Clean linens, clean soft towels.
the bathrooms offer shampoo, conditioners, Liquid body wash, bars soap and toilet papers.
The game room with an amazing Epoxy flooring, Pool table, Chess&checkers table, Foosball table, Playstation 4, etc...
Outside private screened covered swimming pool/spa.

The home was exactly as listed. Roomy, clean, well equipped with utensils, in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and spa looked inviting (we didn't use) and there was no complaints from five sisters!! Our host was very responsive as well.

House is perfectly located and has a great layout, it worked perfectly for 2 couples and 2 other adults. We didn’t need the bunk room, but it is adorable and would be perfect for children. The heat/cool controls are locked out, so you have to contact the landlord for adjustments. This time of year (Feb) the outside fluctuates so much that several adjustments could be required in one day. We didn’t want to continue to bother the landlord, so we just picked a temp and tried to stick with it, but our party was split on comfort levels as the house does not heat/cool equally. This would be my only negative.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very quick to communicate and the house was just as described. Check in and check out was super easy! Our kids loved the themed bedrooms and the game room! We were very comfortable at this house and it made our vacation great!! We highly recommend this property!

We loved the house and is everything that was expected. The host was very responsive to questions, and always available. We were doing WDW for a few days and this house was very convenient to the parks. We would absolutely stay here again, and make a plan to take advantage of the hot tub!

House was decent.. it had a very nice layout, pool was clear and clean
 but unfortunately this was our first time dealing with a house that was very stingy on things such as essentials and kitchen utensils.. for example toilet paper and napkins
. It says in the description that you get detergent for at least two loads
 ha your lucky enough to get a half load done
 then they mention in the book of rules that they have on top of a decor table that they would appreciate if we put all of the towels in the washer to wash to help out
. And worst is after you book, host messages you to ask you if you are going to be using the grill and if you like the pool/ SPA to be heated it’s an extra cost
 in my experience when using a short term rentals, when you book a place and pay the price everything is included if it’s listed in the amenities..not once you are booked you get stuck with these hidden fees. I’m not one to complain but unfortunately this host was very inhumane don’t expect any hospitality..we arrived to a house that had cockroaches we didn’t make a fuss about since hey if you look up Florida it says that its normal to have some but man it was like an everyday type of thing coming from the garage area which is converted into the game room.

Amazing Disney area villa

We have stayed in Orlando several times, and this is one of the nicest we have stayed in. The villa was immaculately clean, and pretty modern decor in comparison to other villas in the Kissimmee area. The location was ideal for Disney and only 40 mins drive for Universal. Just off the 192, so plenty of options for shops and restaurants.Communication with the host was really good and he was exceptionally quick to rectify a few small issues that didn’t affect our stay.All on one level if you’re nervous about the kids staying on different floors.All in all can’t recommend enough.

My family and I had a great experience at this property. The house is well maintained and very clean. The location is perfect for those who want to be close to the action, but still enjoy quiet and privacy. Working with the property owner was effortless. Rental for parks

Cons: PlayStation remote controls broke & did not work. Too expensive to get the heat for hot tub. One toilet would back up with nothing in it every time we used it. Have to pay extra to use grill. Towels were in dryer so we had to fold & put away. Pros: nice pool & pool furniture. easy check in. great location for Orlando & all the parks. Clean. Nice house. Can sleep 14 if use couches. Fun entertainment room. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Nice neighborhood. Felt safe.

Okay for the price

Weather was cold in Florida during our stay. Hot tub and pool could not be heated to a comfortable temperature to be able to enjoy. Only given 1 towel per person to shower. When I contacted the property manager to get more towels they would only drop them off when we were at the property. But we left early in the morning and got home late. Disappointed, we booked this house because we wanted a private pool and hot tub, but was unable to use either.

Excellent Villa In a beautiful Area

Great Villa is very well maintained and had everything we needed and in a very convenient location. We don’t do the theme parks but due to the villas location it meant we could avoid a lot of the 192 and i4 traffic.
