The Space:

Located in the Encore at Reunion Community, this spacious 4,630-square-foot, two-story home offers endless fun and relaxation. Please note, this property does not include access to Encore Resort amenities or the onsite Water Park. However, there’s still so much to enjoy right here.

Getting Around:
There’s a large driveway that allows for plenty of free parking for the whole family plus additional street parking if needed. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. It’s very easy to get around the area as your beautiful neighborhood leads you out to two major highways. The home is about 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is part of the Encore Resort at Reunion Community. These are some approximate estimations of the most visited/famous places in Orlando and nearest shopping centers:

The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

**This property does not have access to the Encore Resort Community amenities nor to the onsite Water Park.**

The Pool and Jacuzzi can be heated for an extra fee of $335 USD per week and $56 USD per extra day.

The private pool or Jacuzzi can be heated during the winter months for an extra charge and is only available for reservations of 3 days or more. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.

Wifi and cable, parking, bed linens, and towels are provided free for all guests during your stay.

Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible.

The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.

The property has security cameras on the premises. These cameras are positioned at the front door or facing the pool equipment to observe these areas and are strictly for security reasons only.

There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit will be thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.

Love bug season comes twice a year in Florida. When it happens, they sometimes end up in the pool and this is out of our control, but we assure you the pool is always thoroughly cleaned prior to every guest check in.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated.
- No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
