This condo is an ideal base for 2 couples or a family with children.
A couple's retreat in a premium space and the resort is often used by travelers looking to visit the nearby convention Center whilst having the space and feel of a luxury resort home .
Being on the 4th floor with elevator access, the space is easily accessible and is a great choice.

High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access of course and cable and smart TVs, linens and towels as well as a starter selection hotel style bathroom amenities to get you going for the first 24 hours on your self-catered trip.

The Hideaway - Clubhouse:
There are no fees for clubhouse usage (which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!).
Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

Are the pools heated year round?

Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round!

What are the pool hours?

The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.

What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides?

Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.

Are there activities at the Resort?

Yes and the activities change monthly!

Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?

Yes, mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.
What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?

They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.


What time does the Clubhouse open/close?

9 am – 9 pm daily.

What time does the Fitness Center open/close?

5 am – 12 am daily.

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM

ID is required to access the community.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie' and Health Declaration, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’).

Due to restrictions, minimum primary guest age is 25. Children and families young and old are very welcome of course!

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
