Great location! 2 miles from Sea World, Less than 5 miles to Walt Disney World. Adjacent to convention center and great dining and shopping. Custom decorated apartment in a peaceful luxury resort setting with all amenities.

The space
Open kitchen with seating for 7 guests, custom decorated condo with comfortable spaces. Great kids room with bunk bed, large premium king bed in master bedroom, and queen bed in the second bedroom. 2 spacious bathrooms, a complete kitchen and laundry in unit. Ample free, secure parking. Gated community with 24 hour security and front desk hostess. We provide everything you need including linens, towels, kids toys, cleaning products, basic hygiene items, detergent, shampoo etc. Just bring your toothbrush! There are also two elevators in the building for easy access to the 4th floor unit.

Resort style pool, hot tub, small gym, movie room, game room/ arcade, pool bar, retail shop, free wifi, internet and cable TV, laundry facility in unit, trash pick-up at door, BBQ area, walking trail. Access into resort is via code at entry gate. Access to unit is also via keypad code. Pool keys will be left in unit on kitchen counter. All codes will be given prior to arrival including Wifi code. The condo is part of the Vista Cay Resort.

Available at any time for any needs. Live close to the condo. Access to the property is made via codes for the gate and unit. Pool keys will be found on the kitchen counter with welcome booklet and complimentary snack basket.

The property is in a quiet area of town but extremely close to all major attraction, shopping, dining, and airport. The Orange County Convention Center is only 1 mile away. It is a true retreat and great place to relax after your daily activities. Very safe, quiet part of town. Gated community. Our building is conveniently located adjacent to the clubhouse where you will find the pool and all amenities: pool bar, hot tub, resort pool, retail shop, movie room, game room, gym, front desk, BBQ area, jogging trails. There is a Walgreens and beauty salon within walking distance and a publix supermarket a block away.

Personal vehicle or taxi is necessary to reach the property. A Wallgreens pharmacy and Publix supermarket are within walking distance. Several local restaurants deliver to the property.

Apartment was as described. Resort was large, but felt safe. It was a very cold visit, so no pool or water area use. 5 minutes from EPIC. Host was super responsive to any questions I sent through the VRBO app. Comfy beds and nice living room and kitchen. We only made breakfasts, but had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again if I were visiting the Universal parks!

This was a fantastic stay! We were 5 minutes down the road from the new Universal park Epic Universe and about 10 minutes from Universal proper. Site was very welcoming and host was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. Unit is pet friendly, which was great for us to be able to bring our dog. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Comfortable Condo

The condo was exactly as it’s listed, no concerns there. The TV was a little confusing to use and we got locked out one afternoon but the owner was very quick to resolve the issue and although we ended up waiting for about an hour, it all worked out. Unit was very clean and we had everything we needed to prepare meals, didn’t use the pool or recreational areas due to time restraints but it was nice to have that option. Would be a great place to stay for a family visiting the Disney parks because of its location.

Perfect stay and location

This was a wonderful location for our family as our daughter played in the volleyball nationals tournament. The condo had everything we needed and close to everything. The host was wonderful about returning our messages. We will definitely stay again!

Great experience

Our family was in Orlando for an event at the Orange County Convention Center. This was a perfect location with access to everything we needed. The condo, pool, and all amenities were in excellent condition.

Great Location

The Vista Cay is a great location. Grocery store and restaurants close by, long walk, but walkable. Convention center is walkable also. Pool area at Vista Cay is great, full bar and food service right at the pool, with plenty of space. This particular unit was exactly what you would expect from this type of rental, not super nice, but 100% serviceable.

Fabulous accommodation

Really nice and spacious accommodation, just perfect for a family of 4. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. In a great location for Disney World, Sea World and Universal. Access arrangements and instructions for use were very well communicated by the manager/property owner. We would highly recommend this place.

Happy New Year!

The host was incredibly attentive and the property is just as described. We loved the location, restaurants & grocery store within walking distance. Disney is just a quick 15 minute Uber away. The pool was great and hot tub. Gym could be bigger for the size of the property but sufficed. Plenty of soaps, towels, paper products and kitchenware for all your needs. We didn’t need but saw they even have a high chair & pack n play for infants. Balcony is great and the unit is right next to clubhouse for great convenience. Game room is nice added touch as well. Area is clean and safe. Definitely would stay again.

Ideal for the 4 of us to relax and a great location to explore Orlando! Vista cay is our favourite resort as is close to all attractions and shops/restaurants etc. Room had everything we needed.

Great Location

We stayed at this condo in order to see our granddaughters compete in the National Cheerleading Competition at Wide World of Sports. It was conveniently located a short drive from Wide World of Sports and all the Disney Parks. While the Vista Cay Resort is huge, it did not seem crowded and was very safe. Shopping and restaurants were nearby, and the resort property was very well maintained. The owner of this property was easy to communicate with and quickly addressed any issue that came up. The condo was supplied with everything we needed. Much better than staying on the Disney property itself.

Location, Location

Very convenient option for family of four visiting the parks, especially Universal, but also easy access to main roads leading to Disney. Florida is friendly, and we always enjoy our time there.
