Helpful Resort Information

• Resort Alert: Exterior refurbishment work is underway through late 2027. Guests may experience daytime construction activity, view impacts, and temporary alternate walking routes.

• From August 3 through mid-September 2026, portions of the Beach Club Villas lobby will undergo phased maintenance. Alternate paths of travel may be in place, and construction activity may occur daily between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

• From August 17–21, 2026, the FriendShip Boat dock at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort will be closed for maintenance. Complimentary bus transportation will operate to Disney's Hollywood Studios®, while guests visiting EPCOT® may continue using the International Gateway walkway.

• From January 24–30, 2027, Disney Skyliner service will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled refurbishment. Complimentary bus transportation will be provided.

• Self-parking is available.

• Valet parking is available for approximately $42 per day. Complimentary valet parking is available for guests displaying a valid accessible parking permit.

• A $100 credit card authorization hold is required upon check-in.

• Reservations are subject to availability.

• Fixtures and furnishings are subject to change.

• Certain resort amenities and recreational offerings may require reservations, additional fees, or may be modified or unavailable during your stay.

House Rules / Policies

• Primary guest must be 18 years of age or older.

• Valid government-issued photo ID and matching credit card are required at check-in.

• No pets permitted. Service animals are welcome.

• Smoking is prohibited inside guest rooms and on balconies or patios. A $250–$500 room recovery fee applies for violations.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 authorization hold from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check out.
