Located inside the gated community of The Shire at West Haven, surrounded by peaceful conservation views, this home blends comfort, fun, and convenience — just minutes from Orlando’s world-famous theme parks and attractions.



From themed kids’ rooms and a fully equipped nursery to a wheelchair-accessible suite on the main floor, every detail has been carefully considered to accommodate guests of all ages.



Main Living Spaces

The heart of the home is the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area on the ground floor. With beautiful hardwood floors and an abundance of natural light, this space is perfect for gathering, relaxing, and making memories together. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the pool and patio area, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.



• The living room features plush leather sofas and a wall-mounted TV — ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a long park day.

• The dining table seats 8 and overlooks the pool area, while the breakfast bar offers seating for 4 more guests. A high chair is available for little ones.

• The fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances and essentials needed to prepare home-cooked meals with ease.

The Neighborhood:

The Shire at West Haven offers a clubhouse pool, an air-conditioned fitness center, and tennis courts, plus it's built on a small conservation area with lakes and areas ideal for spotting some Florida wildlife and bonding with nature. You'll be 3.3 miles from Championsgate Golf Club, their enormous clubhouse, pro shop, and bar, and Championsgate Village has a lot of on-site restaurants to dine-in or take out if you’ve already spent a long day at the park and don’t want to venture out too far! And you’ll be nearby all the theme parks and attractions, shopping & outlet malls. Our local restaurant recommendations would be: Sakura Asian, Texas Roadhouse, and Culvers.



Getting Around:

The home is about a 30-35 minute drive (28.5 miles|46 km) from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) -- check mobile map apps when you arrive as driving time will vary depending on the time of day. The home is located inside The Shire at West Haven.



Other Things to Note:

Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.



- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- Pets or animals are not allowed on the property under any circumstances because the owner has severe allergies.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- When parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible.

- There’s a high chair, portable Pack-n-Play travel crib, and toddler bed available for guests traveling with infants and small children; a full Peter Pan themed nursery with crib, rocking chair, changing table, baby bouncy seat, and baby bathtub and strollers located in the garage bonus room all free for guests use.

- Pool heating service is available from November to April for an additional fee.

- There’s a BBQ grill at the home that can be rented for an extra fee, gas not included.

- The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.

- Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of food items or cooking condiments prior to check-in.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- We provide you with a few complimentary essentials to get you started upon arrival. When these items run out, you’ll then need to purchase more.

- In each bathroom: 1 basic soap, 1 travel-sized shampoo and conditioner, and 1 roll of toilet paper.

- In the kitchen: 1 paper towel roll, trash bags in each trash bin, some dishwasher detergent, a small bottle of dish soap and a sponge.

- In the laundry room: Some laundry detergent

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Swimming pool, overflow spa, and pool area are at the guest’s own risk and accepts full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of the swimming pool, overflow spa, and swimming pool area and holds owner harmless.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. The Shire is gated and you’ll use a gate code to gain access in. Both gate and door access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.
