Welcome to our luxurious private villa in the beautiful Emerald Island Resort located within minutes from Disney and other main attractions in the Central Florida area. Located off the famous US 192 tourist corridor, the visitors find themselves surrounded by every amenity imaginable. Restaurants, groceries, big box stores and a host of other businesses and activities are within miles of our vacation home. With only just over an hour's drive to enjoy the Florida coast, our home's location will make whatever type of vacation you have in mind (theme parks, beaches, golf courses) easy to accomplish.


As you drive up through the winding, palm lined road with the colonnaded entry, you will be amazed at the dramatic entrance to this gated enclave. Once through the front gates, you will feel as if you have entered a special preserve...Emerald Island is surrounded by a Conservation Area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. It is just the beginning of the grandeur that awaits you at our home!


Our luxury villa consists of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. This home has been updated in late 2020 including new laminate floors in the upstairs bedrooms, a movie theatre added to the fully air-conditioned garage and fresh painting throughout the house. The south facing backyard is private, includes your own pool and spa, covered porch and lanai.

[KITCHEN AND DINING] Our kitchen is equipped to make your vacation feel comfortable and at ease. Small appliances including a drip coffee maker, a Kuerig machine, blender, Instant Pot, toaster, slow cooker, and air fryer are available for your use. A large island makes gathering for Happy hour or a casual meal quite inviting. Our large, beautiful dining room will provide the ambiance for loved ones to enjoy each other in a more formal setting.


[PRIVATE POOL & SPA] Our backyard boasts a covered porch, large, heated pool and spa all under a connected Lanai to provide the ultimate Florida backyard experience! The property is south facing so will receive a large amount of sun through the entire day. A large Smart TV is mounted on the wall to enjoy the big game or must-see events while enjoying the backyard. Plenty of seating is available including loungers for those sun worshippers in your group! There is a pool safety fence that is set up for your arrival that is not in the pictures.


[ENTERTAINMENT] Our home includes a newly renovated, fully airconditioned Movie Theatre with a 120inch screen to enjoy movies and video games on! Perfect for a family movie or for the kids to disappear and enjoy while the adults relax on the large sectional couch in the family room. There is a large Smart TV mounted in the family room. Each bedroom has a Smart TV to enjoy as well as a large Smart TV outside under the covered porch. Cable and WIFI are available throughout the house. The Pool table is a terrific way to have some competitive fun while enjoying your vacation with friends and family.
