Introducing our new *single level* 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located 7.5 miles to Disney (14 minute drive) & all the attractions featuring lovely open concept living space, a private screened in patio, pool, and more!


Step through the front door and you’re greeted by the formal dining table with seating for 6. Walk a bit further and you’ve arrived in the wonderful open concept kitchen, dining and living room space complete with views of the private patio and pool. The living room provides seating for all to gather and comfortably watch a film, or chat while the breakfast bar seats 3.

The kitchen boasts abundant cabinet storage and is generously stocked with everything needed to create a meal just like at home. The living/dining/kitchen space is the perfect backdrop for everyone to congregate together, whether it’s whipping up a delicious meal, watching a movie, or simply sitting around and reminiscing about the daily goings ons, the options are endless and can all be spent together within the inviting space.

Slide the patio door open and you’ve entered the private screened in patio (fenced in for added privacy). Complete with a pool (*can be heated for an additional fee*), an overhang (for enjoyment whether rain or shine!), seating and dining options to choose from. This is a fantastic setting for hours of fun spent together!

There is a laundry nook featuring a washer and dryer for your convenience and use. We also provide colored pool towels.

*PETS-We do accept dogs, but unfortunately we cannot accept cats due to owners severe allergies. BEDROOM SUITE BREAKDOWN:

All 4 suites are equipped with: a tv, a dresser, nightstands, bedside lamps, bed linens, pillows, blinds and hangers.

All bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, 4 toilet paper rolls, 1 garbage bag in bin, 1 hair dryer, and a few mini toiletries for your convenience.

We provide a starter kit of supplies Once you’ve run out you’re responsible for restocking these items for your stay. The starter kit includes:

-3 garbage bags
-3 Paper towel rolls
-4 Toilet tissue rolls per bathroom
-1 Mini dish soap & sponge
-Laundry pods and Dishwashing pods
