Welcome to The Skyview Sanctuary, a one-of-a-kind three-story vacation home designed for families who want entertainment, comfort, and unforgettable experiences from sunrise to stargazing. Set in Reunion Resort—home to multiple sparkling community pools, walking trails, restaurants, and incredible scenery—this luxury home delivers fun around every corner, indoors and out.



The moment you walk inside, you’ll feel the home’s playful spirit. Kids race straight to the themed bedrooms, each custom-built to ignite imagination without relying on copyrighted characters. One brings the charm of a magical boarding-school dormitory with whimsical castle-style bunks and cozy reading nooks. The other glows with icy, winter-wonderland décor and full-size custom bunks crafted for sleepovers, stories, and endless play.



The crown jewel of the home is the third-floor movie loft, a spacious cinema space with oversized seating and a spectacular balcony overlooking the golf course. From here, the view stretches so far that on launch days, you can actually watch rockets lift off from the coast—an experience your family will talk about for years.



The entertainment continues with a full game room located beneath the private in-law suite. Challenge each other on the pool table, foosball table, and basketball game, or rotate through arcade cabinets and the Xbox gaming setup. It’s the perfect hangout for kids, teens, and adults who want to play long after the sun goes down.



Step outside into the enormous courtyard pool area, your private oasis surrounded by soaring walls for comfort and privacy. The pool deck provides plenty of room for lounging, splashing, and relaxing, and the built-in grill station makes outdoor barbecues effortless. It’s a resort-style gathering space without ever leaving the home. The pool can be heated for an additional $30 per day. You request pool heating in advance of your stay so we can have the pool warm and ready for you upon arrival!



Although this property does not include Reunion waterpark or golf membership access, guests are surrounded by exceptional alternatives. The thrilling H2O Live! Waterpark is just five miles away, and guests can often book tee times during the warmer months through GolfNow. Reunion is also located in the heart of the “Golf Capital of the World,” with countless world-class courses just minutes away.



Inside the resort, you’ll enjoy access to numerous community pools and a wide variety of dining options, from casual cafés to upscale venues with beautiful golf course views. Whether you’re craving sushi, steak, pizza, or a poolside snack, there’s always something delicious close by.
