Pool heating must be requested 48hrs before check in. $45/day fee for pool heat and must be heated for the entire reservation. This large pool takes up to 48hrs to get to temperature. The spa gets warmer then the pool and the pool gets to around 88 degrees. We are not responsible for colder temperatures impacting the heating equipment.

* We strongly suggest purchasing trip insurance to protect you as no refunds will be given outside of the cancellation policy
* Guest list required for each confirmed booking to gain access into the community and all amenities
* No smoking inside or outside of the property. $500 penalty fee for smoking at the property plus damages.
* No parties allowed. $500 penalty fee for violations and/or parties reported plus damages.
* Two pets allowed. Must be pre approved before booking. $500 penalty fee plus all costs to clean/restore the villa if unauthorized pet is found in the property.
* This property is monitored via exterior cameras at the front entrance and side of house. This is for your safety.
* Rental property agreement is required to be signed up with a valid government issued ID after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result to the cancellation of reservation without refund.
