Situated The Retreat at the prestigious Champions Gate resort with easy access to Highway 27 and Highway 192, and only a few minutes from Interstate 4 to take you to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Aquatica, shopping, and the many other attractions available. Moon beauty is located just behind the Oasis Clubhouse, so hours of resort fun are just steps from your door!

As you walk into this bright, spacious home, your vacation begins. The open layout of the downstairs is perfect for hosting family and friends. The fully stocked kitchen provides plenty of counter space and offers bar seating for four. The dining table seats eight guests under custom lighting. Wind down and enjoy a show in the living room. The living room offers a large rounded sofa and two chairs, as well as a 65” wall-mounted smart tv and ceiling fan for added comfort.

Off of the living room, you will find the downstairs king master. This bedroom has a 55” wall-mounted smart tv and ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a double vanity with a sliding door to close off the shower and water closet. There is a door with access to the pool and patio from the bathroom.

If the Florida sun is what has brought you down for vacation, you will enjoy relaxing and soaking up the rays on the six poolside lounge chairs. The heated pool also features a spillover spa, perfect for the end of a long day at the parks. The covered dining for six and the outdoor seating area have two added fans to keep the breeze moving.

Enjoy the futuristic, space-themed games room, which will keep guests young and old, entertained for hours on end. Where else can you play Xbox from the command center and enjoy a game of air hockey or one of the Star Wars arcade games in your very own spaceship?! This game room has several walls mounted smart TVs, a pinball, an arcade, and even a four-player Galaxy Collission commercial air hockey game! The gamers will enjoy the two Xbox game systems with gaming chairs. The game room has a separate AC unit, sure to keep guests cool during the warm days!

The rest of the bedrooms are located on the second level. Themed bedrooms for children of all ages, and a living room loft area, with custom walls to make you feel like you've been dropped in another place. The loft features a sofa and two chairs to enjoy a movie or game on the 60” wall-mounted smart tv. Guests will also enjoy the PlayStation 4.

Off of the loft, guests will enjoy a well-decorated bedroom featuring two full beds and a 50” wall-mounted smart tv. This room also has a ceiling fan and shared access to the full bathroom with a shower. An added nook provides a great opportunity to relax and get lost in your favorite story.

Bunk beds are hidden in a castle in the princess room, which features two twin beds and a custom slide! This bedroom has a 42” wall-mounted smart tv. Right across from the princesses, space room bunk beds have to be seen to be believed! This room features a custom twin/twin bunk bed and a wall-mounted smart tv. These rooms have access to a full bathroom just outside the rooms, with a tub/shower combo. Finally, the upstairs king master features a bathroom with a large soaking tub and glass shower, as well as a double vanity. The bedroom comes equipped with a 42” wall-mounted smart tv, chair, and wall-controlled ceiling fan.

Walk outside to the large pool deck for outside dining, relaxing by the pool, and after a day at the parks, unwinding in the spa.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
