We were very close to the parks and shopping but yet felt like we were secluded. The neighborhood is wonderful and was great for walks. The pool and game room were fantastic for the kids! 1) Is pool and spa heat extra?
Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence and a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

Windsor Hills Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 3 cars.

Overall a good experience.

This property is very nice, comfortable, has well appointed kitchen with dishes/cookware. We love the seamless check-in procedure. A great place for our bringing our family together from 4 locations for spring break. I would suggest checking parking limitations prior to booking.Our Host (Keith) was excellent with communicating information and responding to any concern. However property management service response was not as good. Although minor issues discovered after check in was addressed it took a second call to be told my message was received. I must mention the location was great not only for visiting the Disney but also for golfing.

Such a great experience!

This property is just exactly how it is described and pictured. Plenty of space for a large family. The location is perfect for getting to and from the parks. Centrally located, clean, & charming

This was a quick hit the parks trip prior to a family cruise. This location was great! Close to all the shopping… btw, Walmart is a zoo late at night! Wonderful place with great accommodations! Clean, comfortable, charming environment. Everything was well kept, we used the baby pack&play, the pool towels, the pool/hot tub… it was all as advertised. We definitely needed the hot tub post Disney parks. I’d highly recommend spending the extra to heat the pool! We didn’t get much of a chance to use the game room as we spent a lot of time at Disney, but it was all available. We did use the washer/dryer and some of the kitchen items. They all worked well and each was in their place. I’d definitely stay here again. Such an easy process and not a single hassle.

Great stay!

Loved the house and proximity to Disney World. Great location, super close to Walmart which really made shopping super easy. Pool was great, the extra charge for heating the pool well worth it. Plenty of bedrooms and space. Loved the game room. I’d stay there again without question.

Amazing Home!!

We stayed here during hurricane Milton! We come from North Dakota to Orlando yearly and have been staying in Windsor Hills for the last 15 years. This has been our favorite home yet. The owners were incredibly responsive. We decided to ride out hurricane Milton rather than driving north. The house was rock solid. 3 million people in Florida were without power and we kept power the whole time. Amazing home and highly recommend

Wonderful home!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home had a wonderful layout and was decorated in such a comfortable homey style. The pool and hot tub were so nice - perfect to relax and unwind after days of running thru parks! The beds were very comfortable - we couldn’t have been happier!

Fun house with plenty to do close by!

Our family of 4 had such an amazing time at the home. We love Windsor Hills! The game room at the home was a hit for the boys. The beds were comfortable and gave us plenty of rest after our long days. The only thing I would suggest is pack supplies - handsoap, trashbags, and papertowels. There is a starter supply (2 trashbags, one roll of papertowels) so bring extra if you are staying for multiple days. We will be back next year to stay in Windsor Hills as it has something for everyone!

Lived the place.

Our family trip to Florida was wonderful we got to enjoy the beach some parks and then when it was time to rest and relax my boys really enjoyed the game room and the swimming pool. The property had all you needed to make a nice meal and it was pleasantly quiet at night to get a good rest. Wonderful place.

Convenient location!

Clean and nicely decorated! Very close to the parks. Our only complaint was that the pool was not very clean. Could have just been a timing issue as we noticed the pool service arrived the day we were checking out. Overall a very nice place to stay though!

My birthday celebration

There was no place I rather be than a family vacation in the most magical place on earth. I was so happy to find a home that we could be able to come home to and relax in together to make extra magical family memories. A few things that needed attention during our stay were handled very well with promptness. The home is beautifully decorated and very spacious! A wonderful way to end the day or spend a rest day at in between parks; swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, playing family board games at the kitchen table, playing games in the game room, lounging in the living room or eating outdoors were all great parts of our trip. The community pool and waterpark were so much fun too! I highly recommend this home.
