Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
Yes, there is a propane grill at the home that is included complimentary. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is no child safety fence, but there is a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements in lieu of the fence.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

We have stayed in a variety of houses around Windsor Hills and love the resort as a whole. This particular house was our favourite layout with 3 main floor bedrooms well spread out and and kitchen/living room all open to the backyard. Staying here for nearly 2 weeks we contacted the property manager a few times and he was always very fast to respond and help us with anything. We even left something behind and he found and mailed it back to us personally!Overall great place and hope to return next year

This home is nothing short of perfect. The theming on the bedrooms upstairs is fun for kids of all ages. The rooms downstairs were great as well and allowed for all of us to unpack and feel right at home. The pool, spa and game rooms were the cherry on top of a perfect Disney area vacation home. The house is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. 15 minutes to any of the Disney parks and Disney Springs. I absolutely would rent this property again.

The home was wonderful. The only suggestion is the hot tub can be a little warmer and it can use a little repair regarding regrouting the tub because a lot of grout residue was in the tub due to loose grout. The projector outside the pool is a great feature. Overall, it was a very nice stay

The interior of the house was nicely decorated and up-to-date. Towels were supplied in each bedroom and check in/check out instructions were great. The only disappointment was the pool area. The house next door had garbage on the side of the house and the landscaping in the area was not kept up. I realize the owners of this house don’t have a lot of control of the neighbors, but it was unattractive. We, however, loved the community pool!

Great communication and help

The communication before, during, and after the stay was incredibly responsive and helpful. We stayed here when we took the family to Universal Studios. Great location, pool was awesome, and the kids loved the themed bed rooms. Plenty of space and it was very clean. My daughter forgot her stuffed teddy bear and when I let them know they immediately said they would get it and they shipped it right away. Great property management and booking process!

Perfect home for our vacation

This property was perfect for FL vacation. The home and neighborhood offered many amenities, was clean and safe. The owners were very responsive. We accidentally unplugged the WiFi and they came out the same day to fix it. We would definitely stay here again. Approximately 15 minutes to Disney and an easy 30 minutes to Universal.
