Upon entering, and a few steps inside, you'll notice the expansive living/ dining/ kitchen area, furnished with contemporary furniture and high-end kitchen appliances. In fact, the kitchen features dual refrigerators and dishwashers to make preparing meals for large groups a breeze. The spacious living area features a large comfy sectional and 86 inch mounted flat-screen television and becomes the foundation of a memorable family night. A large dining table with lots of seating can be found to the right of the kitchen.

The ground floor gets plenty of natural light, thanks to the large glass panel sliding door which is also your access to your very own private resort-style pool. A large gourmet Weber grill and stylish colorful contemporary pool furniture can also be found on the pool deck for all of your entertainment and relaxation needs.

Speaking of entertainment, head upstairs to the Toy inspired game room with multiple arcades and a couple of funhouse mirrors perfect for taking funny photos. Movie night may never be the same after you view your favorite film in the vintage 1930's movie theater.

Resort Community
You'll find the exclusive community of Encore to be conveniently located minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you'll be able to handle. Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas. Unfortunately, Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett's Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.

Neighborhood
Guests will find this home as centrally located as it gets just steps away from all the action. You're less than 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports. Great shops and eateries such as Ford's Garage, Carrabba's, Bonefish Grill, Miller's Ale House, and Cracker Barrel are all within 10 minutes on Irlo Bronson/ 192.
