Perfect for families and large groups, this elegant retreat sleeps up to 16 guests with five king beds, two queens, and two twins. Enjoy endless entertainment with a private pool and spa, in-home movie theater, and themed décor with lighting effects that transport you to another world.

Guests have exclusive access to the Champions Gate Clubhouse—just a short stroll away—featuring a lazy river, water slide, fitness center, tiki bar, volleyball court, arcade, and a 36-hole championship golf course.

Pool and spa access are included with your booking. The pool and spa are heated with an additional $40 per day plus tax and must be purchased for the entire duration of the booking. We are not equipped like a hotel and do not offer linen service during your stay. Fresh towels and linens are provided at check-in, and there’s a washer/dryer for your use.

The host was very welcoming and Great with communication! They not only responded but did so promptly and attempted to resolve any issue that may have arisen. The house is Absolutely Amazing and brought the Disney/Universal vibes into full effect from your arrival to departure! The grandeur of the house is breathtaking but the amount of detail placed in the decor of every room was “chefs kiss”! The pool was The Perfect Depth for my 3 kids (8-12). There were plenty of towels, cookware, dishes, and silverware. The beds were delightfully clean and comfortable! The private theater truly brought the Super Mario Movie to life for my littles, and they each LOVED having their very own loveseat to get cozy on to watch! Nevertheless the ambiance of each bedroom was incredible! From the Aladdin Room with the lions head bed to the frozen themed princess room! My girls adored them all! However, the game room really won them over! Air hockey, giant checkers game (located downstairs on the fireplace), Jinga, and a foosball table, our girls had tons of things to keep them busy between parks or on our “rest” days!

On the same day as checkin we received a text advising that one of the downstairs bedrooms was unable to be used & would be locked due to an issue they found from the previous renters. We attempted to get clarification on the room situation however did not receive any additional information. They advised that they would make an adjustment due to this change in our lodging. Upon checkout we still had not received a credit or adjustment. We contacted the property management company & spoke to Eliza? who at first seemed helpful & stated she would get back to us once she spoke to accounting about what they were going to do / offer. We checked back once a week for several weeks & continued to be told ‘they were working on it & would call us back. However never called. After 3 weeks with no resolve & no return calls, we began calling daily in hopes to get a resolve. We finally left a msg that if there was no return call or resolve we would be forced to dispute the charges. Instead of calling us they blocked our number. Their inability to resolve the issue in a professional manner is astonishing. Sad when the situation could have been resolved quickly & fairly for all parties. We travel to Orlando very often & have stayed in many VRBOs & have never experienced a situation such as this. Truly sad when a management company can hurt a rental property owner & their investment, as this house was well appointed and the rooms we were able to use met expectation.

The Jacuzzi is an extra 40 and the host only kept it on remotely for 1hour and stop responding to our mesgs for the remainder of the our stay. It’s a lot of dust everywhere. The design is nice. The layout of the home is good but the clean was not. The theater projector is outdated. We could not even watch the Super Bowl that was the number one. Reason why we got this rental because I had a huge projector screen..

The only reason we gave it a 3/5 is because we chose this home because of the two bedrooms downstairs since we had guests that could not walk up stairs due to health issues. When we arrived the second bedroom downstairs was taped up with both doors leading to room barricaded. The window to said bedroom on the outside of the home was lifted with only the screen showing. We felt that was safety violation there. Anyone could have walked in on us. After trying to contact the host by calling, the phone number listed. The number was out of service. I then went into the vrbo app and tried reaching out there. They did respond stating the room was sealed off for our protection and it could not be used. Our complaint was why weren't we inform days or hours before our arrival? Again, I have some guests that could not go upstairs and this left us one bedroom and bath downstairs. It was disappointing to say the least. The hosts seemed to just say, "thanks for understanding". I asked for a percentage of a refund and they stated this could be possible after our checkout. Well, we left the home probably cleaner than it was when we arrived. So I am hoping to hear something concerning a partial refund soon.

This should be able to give 10 stars The place was much larger than we expected and the decor with the details was absolutely beautiful! The house amenities were in abundance! We had access to The Oasis which was gorgeous! The neighborhood felt extremely safe, it was quiet and the homes are beautiful! Sebastian (property management) was a pleasure to speak with. Overall, I wanted something special for my annual vacation with my family and this was further than expected. Extremely grateful and will be booking for the future!Gracias
