The space:
First floor includes an open floor plan kitchen with dining area & main living room, formal dining area opened with second living, 3rd bedrooms with queen size bed and full bathroom, tucked in behind the main living room. Walking out to the pool deck, guests can enjoy a covered lanai with patio furniture, and a private swimming pool and spa looking out to the conservation, without any rear neighbors. Here, guests would have all their privacy for family activities, relaxing by the pool whilst listening to Florida wildlife.

Moving upstairs: Our Guests have 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and French doors opening on to the balcony with lake views . The 4th and 5th bedrooms on the second floor are perfect for kids under parental watch, with a shared bathroom. The Laundry room is tucked away from all bedrooms, and conveniently located on the second floor for family use.
Guest access:
Access codes to the community and to the house will be provided 48 hours before guests arrival. Parking on driveway is recommended. Please do not block sidewalk or park on the street after dark per HOA restriction as Towing is enforced and any street parking is prohibited overnight. Signs are on the Gate at the Shire community entrance.
