Enjoyed our stay

Overall we had a great stay. Kitchen was stock adequately for eating in the unit. Floor needed a good sweep and wash. When we walked around barefoot, the bottom of our feet were filthy

Good

Beautiful and spacious property but with a few minor issues. Dishwasher did not work, hot water was very slow to come, and some of the fixtures (toilet handle, towel bar) fell off but could easily be put back on. The pool area was very nice. Traffic getting in and out of the complex was also a bit tricky. Overall a great place to stay and had everything we needed for a family vacation.

Place is close to essentials and parks

We've stayed at this resort before, however not this condo. The property manager sent all of the instructions and details ahread of the trip, which was great. The place really does need a good cleaning. * The outdoor sofa cushion is speckled with black mold. * The indoor cushion on the chair is covered in stains and speckled with mold. * The baseboards around the apartment needed a good wiping, especially in the corners and the bathrooms. We had purchased acanister of cleanup wipes from the market across the street and gave the surfaces a good wipe down. We stayed in October and were in the parks all day, however with the balcony facing the unheated pool, i could see this getting quite noisy. We wanted to spend time in the lazy river, since it is heated, but couldn't find it. Had we not stayed here previously, we would have had trouble finding the building. What the navigation system had and the actual location of the building were a bit off. It makes a difference which company manages the rental. When we stayed before, we found small.essentials that made a difference, such as extra toilet paper, hand towels for the kitchen, containers for leftovers, pool toys, and instructions for everything (how to get to the clubhouse, how use the remotes for the tv, how to use the thermostat.) Much of that would have been a nice surprise (a delighter, if one cares about experiences).

Spacious and comfortable

We stayed for 8 days. We enjoyed the apartment, it was very spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage, very open and airy. The unit came with everything we needed for dishes, linens, beach towels, hangers, etc. My only suggestion would be to bring measuring cups and spoons, and tupperware dishes for leftovers if you plan to cook a lot like we did. My complaints/suggestions: The unit desperately needs a deep cleaning. There is no fan/light in the bunk bedroom. One small lamp is the only light source and if you like sleeping with a fan, just keep that in mind. The apartment air conditioning works really well except the master bedroom. The master bath gets cold, just not the bedroom. The location of the unit is my only real "complaint". The balcony overlooks a pool that isn't monitored by the resort itself like the main pool is. People out drinking, blaring music, yelling, popping pool noodles onto the water as loud as they could well after 10 pm. That may not seem late, but when you have kiddos that have to get up early for sports tournaments it can be difficult for them to fall asleep from all the noise. I would likely not stay in a unit so close to the pool again. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked having our own space and the ability to cook, do laundry, etc.

Had trouble locating building at dark

Guard shack was no help when directing to the correct apartment . Had to locate in the dark when address numbers are not lit. Had trouble getting into pool area had to drive to the clubhouse to get a code was unable to get that when we called host.

Excellent!

Our stay was wonderful. The host was very responsive. Self check in/ out was a plus. Soon as we walk through the door everything smelled fresh and clean very nicely contemporary style decoration though out the spacious condo. Great amenities in the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Condo over looks the pool. We also loved the water park. We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!
