Beautifully three bedroom Luxury Villa on a gated community in Kissimmee (Four Corners). Modern. Situated 5 min. from Disney theme parks. Well decorated and presented. Beautiful, large pool deck which is totally enclosed and secluded. There is a private Pool Heated and Spa.

Bedroom one is separate from the main house but still enclosed in the building. This would be ideal for elderly parents or a young couple within the group as it has its own bathroom, small kitchen and also total privacy.

This newly remodeled 3bd/3bath gated community villa is waiting for you to visit! pool, spa, game room IN the house, Gym, all new flooring, granite countertops in kitchen, new pool furniture, new decorations and SO much more! This home is located only 5 miles from Disney World and is VERY spacious as well as having the ability to entertain people of all ages!

POOL WARMING
A separate request must be sent to us PRIOR to your arrival so we can make sure to turn the heat on before your arrival as the pool can take 12-24 hours to heat. please inform us of how long you would like to use the pool heat and which days you would like to use the pool heat during your stay.

***The price for the pool heating is $45 per day. ***Minimum three nights***

Pool heaters keep a pool temperature between 83-87 fahrenheit. Pools and spas keep the same temperature as water circulates between them. Spill over spa.

.The grill rental fee is $50 for the entire reservation, charcoal are not provided.

Family Friendly!

We had the best time with my teens, husband and I. Everyone had their own space and it was so wonderful to come back from Disney and Universal to a home instead of a resort (when you don’t want to talk to anyone anymore lol). The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with us too

Perfect Accommodations!

Ana and Andy’s home was perfect for our trip to Orlando. The theme parks were a short drive away. There are several shopping choices and restaurants less than 5m away. The pool and comfy beds were a perfect end to a long day at Disney! Highly recommend this rental home!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Villa! The location was perfect for our plans and the pool was a hit for the kids. From the hosts to the villa itself everything was beyond expectations!! Great neighborhood, close to theme parks, close to grocery stores and any type of dining you can possibly want to experience. Pool/spa was perfect after a long day walking at the parks. We can’t wait to come stay again as this villa will definitely be our first choice going forward.

Relaxing vacation

We stayed for a long weekend with another couple. This place is perfect for relaxing between park hopping or quiet place to enjoy a fun weekend. Lots of restaurants and things to do close by. Was nice quiet neighborhood. The pool area is amazing. Nice privacy with the way the pool courtyard is laid out. The game room is nice bonus. Worth the extra money to have pool heated. Will definitely stay here again when in Orlando.

Great Place

Me and my little family absolutely loved staying on this property. It is beautiful and spacious. I love that it is in a gated community with little foot traffic, the privacy it offers and the general surveillance in the neighborhood which made me feel safe. I also love that it is close to Disney properties and major stores like Walmart. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The hosts were awesome and quick to answer any questions I had. When I think of luxury, this is exactly what I imagine. I would 100% stay at this property again.

Game room

We stayed for five days. It was awesome. Had a great time. My only complaint was none of the games and the game rooms worked. We couldn’t get anything to work correctly and one of the chairs was broken temporarily put back together when we sat down on it, it broke again, letting it look like we were the blame that was the only disappointing part. Overall, it was a great day. We totally enjoyed ourselves.

As we walked in there was that WOW factor. Really nice, clean, and comfortable. The game room/exercise room was a huge hit for everyone. Good location but a little farther down the road than expected but still close to restaurants and shopping. Owner was very responsive when we had questions. I informed the owner our only downside is there were no closets in two of the bedrooms, so no place to hang your clothes. This may not be an issue for most people who have a short stay but we like to hang certain dress clothes. It may help to add hooks behind the bedroom door and bathroom door. We also received great instructions for check-in and check-out.

Excellence in the center of everything

If you are looking for a wonderful, clean, fun, PRIVATE home... look no further. This home is beautifully appointed with a splash of fun added into the mix. Located in a very private (and almost hidden) neighborhood right off one of the main arteries in greater Orlando. Relax in the spa and pool in complete privacy and quiet. Enjoy the home's amenities without having to worry about bringing most household items from dish soap to Cornhole boards to a Roku box. The Star Wars theme in the bedroom and game room were the proverbial cherry on top! Again, a wonderful destination for a couple of people or a whole family. The owner was merely minutes away in communicating through messenger or email and was extremely attentive to our needs and concerns. We will certainly be staying in this property in the future. Highly recommended! 5*

Nice home for our Disney Trip

This was a very lovely home. Very private, gated and quiet. The communication with owner was quick and easy. Two easy suggestions would be that the pool needs real pool/beach towels and enough for the number of renters. The towels provided were more bath towels and we didn't have enough for the 4 of us. The other suggestion is that there were no essentials (spices/condiments) in the kitchen. Future renters should be prepared to purchase basics (even salt & pepper, flour, sugar & cooking oil). This was atypical based on our other rental experiences. Overall, the home is worth choosing if you like the location & look. The things I mentioned above are easily fixable or attainable.
