The main floor welcomes you with an open-concept layout, combining the living, dining, and kitchen areas into a seamless space for gathering and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, while the first bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed and access to a shared full bathroom. Step outside to your private screened patio, where you’ll find a sparkling pool and an adorable alligator float for endless hours of relaxation and play.



Upstairs, the excitement continues with a Mickey-themed family room, complete with a Smart TV for movie nights and a cozy spot to unwind. This level also houses the convenient laundry area, so you can refresh your clothes after a day of adventure.



Kids and adults alike will love the themed bedrooms! The Minions-themed room boasts two Twin-size beds, while the Mickey Mouse-themed bedroom offers a Twin-over-Full bunk bed with a Twin trundle—ideal for slumber parties filled with laughter. These rooms share a full bathroom. For added comfort, there are two luxurious master suites, each with a king-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. Master Bedroom 4 includes a shower and double sink, while Master Bedroom 5 offers a full bathroom for your convenience.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

For your convenience, having a car is recommended to explore the area at your own pace. Rental cars are readily available at the airport and throughout the city. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also widely used and offer flexible transportation options.



The resort is located near major highways, providing easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Whether you're heading to theme parks, shopping outlets, or exploring local gems, getting around is straightforward and convenient.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!



✦ What We Provide:

Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.



✦ Pet Policy:

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

We have full-time handymen, managers, inspectors, and housekeeping staff available within our company schedule to support you.
