Getting Around:

• Parking is limited to 5 cars per stay, not to be exceeded.

• Cars are allowed in the garage, driveway, the spot in front of the property, and at the clubhouse, totaling 5 cars.

• It is not permitted to park on the grass, on pedestrian sidewalks, near fire hydrants, or in areas marked with a yellow line, as parking there is strictly prohibited.

• To enter the gate guard, it will be requested a gate code.

• No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the gate guard.

• Pool heating: $65/day (plus taxes)

- 10% discount for 3+ nights

- 15% discount for 7+ nights

- 20% discount for 14+ nights

• Pet-friendly fee: $85 (plus taxes) per booking.

• Propane tank for BBQ: $59 (plus taxes)

• Shower chair: available at no extra cost (upon prior request)
