**Pool heat can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $45 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature and if paid in advance, we will turn heat on at least 24 hours prior to arrival. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary shut-off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently.



Pool & Spa Note:

*Cost: $45/night (3 nights min.), billed separately.

*Request: Contact us after booking. We activate heat 24h prior to arrival if prepaid.

*Weather: System targets 80°F-100°F. In extreme cold, it may auto-pause for safety.



*NOTE: The Windsor Cay Resort HOA closed the water slides and lazy river due to mechanical issues.

Upon arrival at the villa, guests will receive a personalized check-in experience. Access the property using the smart lock located at the main entrance; your unique entry code will be provided prior to your stay. Ample parking is available directly in front of the villa.
