Start your vacation right in this beautifully decorated 6-bedroom/5-bathroom villa in the Champions gate community. The lovely and cozy décor will make you feel right at home. Enjoy ample living and dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your stay. Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own private swimming pool and spa. Take a dip in the pool and grill poolside for some fun in the sun.Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool/spa heated for an additional cost of $70 per 5 nights. Each additional 5 nights stayed would be an additional $70 for pool heat. Many of our homes such as this one come with a complimentary grill that is available for use. Many of our homes are pet friendly, including this one. We do not charge a pet fee, however pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250 dollars will be charged to the card on file for any violations to this rule. 

We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, grocery store, and amenities. Nice quiet and secure neighborhood. The house was spacious and had everything we could need. The property management was very responsive to the few little issues we did have. This would have been a 5 star review except for interior home issues. The furniture was very worn- chipped, stained and frayed. The beds, all of them, were on bunkie boards instead of good foundations and were NOT comfortable. We tried them all- all hard as rocks. The carpet was incredibly worn and stained. One of the biggest reasons we booked was that they allow dogs but then were shocked to see carpet which was dirty and smelled. The pool surround area tiles appear to be urine stained also. We didn’t even go in the first floor bedroom as it smelled so badly. I understand that tenants can be rough on furniture and a property owner doesn’t want to constantly be replacing it but this was just bad. Dirty walls with paint chips, dirty baseboards and dirty area rug. With elbow grease, some easy repairs, and an investment in decent furniture and flooring this place would be a truly wonderful vacation home.

The floor in the hallway felt sticky so I wiped it. This was the result.

On the surface, the home looks appealing. The owner should seriously consider updating the furnishings with quality furniture. Once we parked, the downstairs window was cracked and someone left aluminum foil on the grass in the backyard. The kitchen bar stool, dining room chairs, and living room sofas were all turned/ ripped and desperately needs replacing. The freezer door handle kept coming off and had be placed back on. While the home was clean, the area rug needs shampooing. As nice as the kitchen appears, the owner may want to invest in better quality cookware and appliances. The management and maintenance services were polite and helpful to do what they could like replace the patio lock and place the freezer door handle, but were limited as they do not own the home.

Just Great!

We had the perfect holidays. The house is like in pictures but bigger. Pool heater is totally worth it in winter. Our kids had an amazing time. There are many things to do at the resort. Gym, waterpark, theater, playground, pools.. I must say that the staff at IHM were really nice and helpful with everything.

Good location

Good location beds where comfortable kids loves the pool. Just our QR codes to get in the gate were not working at all for any of our guest we were sent new ones and didn’t work either. Overall the house was good just a few minor details like walls being a little dirty and scratches but other than that good.

Friend Getaway

House is perfect set up for a group of friends/ separate families to stay. Loved the on-site pool and that each family and children could have their own room. Lots of seating for eating. Wish the living room had a larger couch. Cons include- poor communication about which gates you can use to get in to the neighborhood and which community pool you can use/ how to get there. Our front door code wouldn't work and I couldn't get in touch with anyone, luckily the back door was unlocked and we got in that way. Also, be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, hand soap etc.

Very clean, beautiful property

Pros: This house is at the top of our family's rental home list now. It's super clean and beautifully decorated. The upstairs is enormous. It has 5 really nice bedrooms and 4 full baths up there plus a really large lounge area. It also has a bedroom and full bath downstairs. All the bedrooms had large tv's. There is so much room here. It is listed as Pet Friendly and it is, it's the only house I saw that says pet friendly and didn't add a pet fee to it. We have a very small, elderly dog who spends most of her time in a basket that she can't really even get out of and isn't capable of jumping on furniture. She doesn't chew and if she has an accident, the floors are all tile downstairs. I really liked that they only added a fee if they had to do special cleaning because of the dog instead of automatically adding it in. The management was extremely easy to communicate with. The process to get into the house was super easy. The instructions on how to use the gate passes weren't very clear but we were always able to get in. We paid the extra $ to get the hot tub heated and it was worth it! Also, the fee to heat the hot tub was much lower than other houses I have seen. Something to keep in mind. The hot tub and pool were lovely and much enjoyed after a long day at the parks. It would be nice for there to be better instructions available on how to get it to heat up. The check-out process was also incredibly easy. We put our towels in the laundry room, our trash in the bin and the dishes in the sink/dishwasher. That's it! Cons: It's farther from Universal than we normally stay but the area is so incredibly nice, with super nice restaurants and grocery stores, and the trip may be longer but it's super easy to get to I-4, so is this a con? The houses are really close to each other so if someone is out in their pool you can hear everything really well even from inside the house. We will be bookmarking this property for future visits!

Oh my!! We have such an amazing family time. Beds are super comfortable 
 great distribution of rooms/bathrooms for a large family. Kids enjoy the pool a lot after the day in the park. TV’s in every room A+. Enough towels, kitchen utensils etc. Thanks!!!!

Nice but be prepare

The house is very nice and very modern. If you are staying at this property, bring your own towels cause it is not enough for the every member of the family. Not even pool towels were provided. The bedsheets werent clean, not sure if they wash it or not. Some bedrooms had yellow stained and hair on it. Also, a full kitchen supplies werent provided. Like pots and pans. It seemed that it was used and old.

Family Vacation

The property was beautiful and as listed. There were a few maintenance issues when we arrived (broken door, light bulbs were out, patio table was wobbly, a small hole in the wall) but they were addressed immediately. Also, some of the fleece blankets in the room were dirty upon arrival. Our neighbor was also a tad annoying (we wished the properties were a bit more spaced out). Communication with property management was excellent. Overall my family and I had a wonderful time.
