This place definitely needs some TLC. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday, and while the layout is nice, the pool heater was a great bonus, the kitchen worked well, and the neighborhood was quiet
 there were quite a few issues.**Here’s the rundown:*** The front bedroom door wouldn’t close unless you lifted it.* The ceiling fan light turned on by itself throughout the night.* The sink handles had black mold, and the shower/tub drained so slowly it would fill up while showering.* The game room: only 1 out of the 3 activities worked.* Only one bedroom had a TV.* In the back main bedroom, the shower door jammed, the sink faucet sprayed everywhere, there was no bath mat, and there were **no towels**.* The kids’ bathroom also had drainage issues—water backed up fast, and the slick floors were dangerous when their feet were wet.* The gas grill had **never** been cleaned (truly disgusting), and the propane tank was empty.* A raccoon visited us every night due to a hole in the screen, and the sliding screen door constantly got stuck.* The biggest issue: they never included any parking warnings in the house booklet, and my husband’s truck ended up being towed. The owner was very slow to respond.Overall, I would rate this place a **2.5 out of 6**—definitely not a 5. See photos.

Perfect Family House!

Let me start out by.saying the owner of this house with his communication is hands down the best I have received and therefore gave this house 5 stars hands down. He was always quick to respond to texts. We ran into some issues and he was quick to respond and help every-time. His kindness was even better than his response time. It made the trip that much better. As for the house, it backs up to woods which is amazing for privacy! The pool is the perfect size and the spa was a hit with my toddler, she felt like it was her own personal pool. I asked to pay extra to heat the pool and the owner allowed it and I am so thankful he did because it was fantastic. My daughter was in that pool from the minute she woke up each day. The game room was another big hit. Good for the kids to have a space they can hang out. The themed rooms were also a big hit. We loved that every room had their own bathroom. Other than the Tarzan and Lion king room, but those 2 rooms share a bathroom and it has a separate hallway door for even more privacy. That bathroom also connects to the outdoor patio which is great for kiddos needing to use the bathroom while playing in the pool. The home itself is in a gated community and is less than 5 minutes to Publix, CVS, Pizza Hut, a liquor store, a gas station etc. Its also only 3 miles off of I-4. It only took us 20ish minutes to get to Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom with traffic. This house was great and we are already planning our next stay! Thank you!

Better than advertised

Let me first start off by saying this house exceeded expectations. The house had everything a family of up to 10 would need. The communication with the host has exceeded every past host we have had through VRBO. The host seemed to answer every question just as fast as I could send them. The host never seemed bothered by the questions and was even offering places to go and things to do! The themed rooms were a huge hit and the arcade/game room was used multiple times a day. The pool and spa were perfect, which I do recommend adding the heater if you're going to be in the cold months. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have stayed on and each room had plenty of space. The large TV in the living room was perfect for streaming when you wanted to relax after a long day of beach, swimming, or seeing attractions. The area was safe and the gated community just added that extra security you look for with an unfamiliar place. The house is located close to publix and other places to get food which was super convenient. Our family will definitely be booking here again and we will be referring this house to others for their stay. You won't be disappointed in booking this house!

Great Host

Home was at a safe location. Very friendly neighborhood, we felt very comfortable. Host reached out in case we needed anything. Was a compliment to our Avatar Experience at Animal Kingdom. We would stay again for sure in our next visit to Disney!
