There is ample dining space including an elegant formal dining area and your own cozy breakfast nook The home has everything you would expect from a vacation home, with a fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as a laundry room. This home has a split floor plan which gives privacy to the master bedroom on one side. The master bedroom has a king bed and is furnished with a TV and DVD player. There are three additional bedrooms suitable for a family party; one has a queen bed whilst the other two have twin beds.

The pool and oversized, sunny deck is quiet and peaceful, overlooking a conservation area. The deck is well-equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers - just right for a quiet day by the pool or for alfresco dining. All in all, this home offers a welcome retreat for your long deserved vacation.

Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating. Please inquire about this add-on if the option is of interest.

Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the property must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).
