minimum use of 3 consecutive days. Note that pool heating is
subject to weather conditions and the temperature will not exceed
95°F. No refund if desired temperature is not reached during cold
weather conditions.
* The attached spa does not function as a jacuzzi; heating is only
available if the entire pool is heated.
* Guests are encouraged to bring their own wash towels, as these are
considered personal items and not provided.
* Laundry facilities are available in the unit for guest use.
* Trash should be placed in the resort dumpster daily to maintain
cleanliness.
* No seasoning or food items are left in the property to avoid
contamination; this is a self-catering house.
* Deliveries from USPS are not accommodated; use UPS, DHL, or FedEx
for deliveries.
* Non-compliance with rules may incur additional charges.
* Housekeeping is not provided daily but can be arranged for an
