Overall good experience but


Overall the house and property were ideal for our 10 person group. The only complaint would be the hot tub and pool which I paid to have heated upon our arrival was ice cold for the duration for our 4 day trip. I reached out to Top Villas and the property manager upon our arrival and was told would be fixed the next day. Nothing changed and the hot tub and pool were cold the entire duration even though we paid for it. Regardless Too Villas which is located in the UK and will have some sort of spin on this situation. I asked for a refund and still waiting.

Clean and Spacious

We travel to this area of Florida 2 to 3 times each year, and usually rent a house. We also understand that rental houses have some flaws. This house was located in a gated community, and the neighborhood was nice and not too hectic. The house was very clean, and very spacious. We had a group of 17, and it gave us plenty of room. We only had a few issues during our stay. There are no pool towels at the house, Only 1 bath towel per person. We went to Target and bought towels for the pool. The bedding/linens are also very limited. Each bed only has a thin throw blanket. The last issue was that the pool filter/skimmer was not working. There was a bunch of debris, hair, etc. floating on the pool. By the fourth day of our stay, the pool was getting green and cloudy. I spent each day emailing back and forth with Top Villas. There were responsive to my emails, but did not get the issue fixed. They sent someone out to add chemicals, but he was unable to fix the skimmer. It was a little frustrating, because I felt like they were giving me the runaround. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. Aside from the few issues, we would recommend the house. If you have a big group, there is room to spread out. The movie room is nice, and the upstairs balcony was beautiful. We ate at the restaurant in the community, which is within walking distance. It wasn't very crowded, and the food was okay. I hope that the management company can address the few issues for future renters.

Great House Terrible 3rd Party Renter

Wonderful House. Only good things to say about the house. This property went through a 3rd party renter called Top Villas not directly through VRBO. That happens sometimes and all good. Not with Top Villas. They charged us twice for the stay and they are still "investigating" so we are waiting for that to be resolved. They were also behind paying there management company who takes care of the house so services were held back, such as cleaning and heating the pool, till they eventually made good on their contract. When we spoke with Top Villas we did not get correct info. We hope the owner finds a new Company to manage this amazing house

Exceptional Vacation Experience
