pool, with temperatures not exceeding 95°F.
+ Pool heaters may not function effectively in cold weather,
with no refunds provided for unmet temperature expectations.
* Online purchases should be delivered via UPS, DHL, or FedEx, as
USPS does not deliver to the property. The resort may charge fees
for package deliveries to the clubhouse.
* Additional charges may apply if any rules are not complied with,
resulting in extra cleaning or repairs.
