House Rules

* Guests are responsible for purchasing their own personal toiletries
and meals.
* Daily housekeeping is not included. However, mid-stay cleaning can
be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
* Guests must dispose of trash daily in the resort dumpster,
following the designated trash collection schedule.

Use of Amenities

* Pool heating requires a 48-hour notice and can be arranged at $35
per day, with a two-day minimum requirement. Pool temperature will
not exceed 95°F and heating is unavailable in cold weather. Refunds
will not be issued if the set temperature is not reached.
* The spa is not a jacuzzi and shares the pool's temperature
settings. Both require the same heating arrangements.
* Pool heater systems include an automatic safety shut-off to prevent
overheating during cold weather.

Penalties

* Additional charges may be incurred to repair damage or for extra
cleaning required due to violation of house rules.
