Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect! We had a large family group of 17, and everyone was comfortable with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The kids had an amazing time and truly enjoyed every moment including playing and enjoying shooting pool. .Anytime I reached out to Dennis, he responded right away, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The pool was a big highlight—the temperature was perfect, and the kids had a blast spending time in it.Overall, the experience was a 10/10. We would definitely rent again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great stay!

Overall, very happy with our stay. Would use property again. There were unresolved issues with the pool. The spa got very warm but at times the pool was equally hot, so not refreshing on a hot day. At other times both the spa and pool were cool. The property management team came to take a look a day after we notified them, but we were told they couldn't resolve the issue and would have to send someone else out. Nobody else came as far as we know. However, we determined that some of the issues were due to the low water level, and when we added about 4 inches of water, things improved. We felt we shouldn't have had to fix this ourselves, however. Also, the dishwasher is poor and we'd suggest a replacement. At one point it leaked water over the kitchen floor. We loved the location and all our group was very happy with our visit. The comments above are just honest observations and wouldn't stop us returning. Recommended, especially if the few issues are resolved.

Our whole family loved our stay. The house was massive, the pool was beautiful and clean and very well heated. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, etc. and there were plenty of towels for the pool area and bathrooms.

Our party of six thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay in this spacious home. The house was perfect for a large group, and the kitchen was impressively well-stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. We especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome kit provided by Casiola and the convenience of daily trash collection. The amenities were a highlight of the trip. The private heated pool was divine, and we made great use of the clubhouse, which featured another heated pool, a fun ice cream machine, and a bar and grill with staples like burgers and pizza. The staff and neighbors were incredibly friendly, making us feel truly welcomed. Casiola was exceptional to work with. They were highly responsive and fair throughout the entire process. For example, when a cold snap hit, they immediately refunded our pool heat fee. Once the weather warmed up, they allowed us to add pool heat back for the remainder of our stay—a flexible gesture that deviated from their standard terms but was very much appreciated. Between the excellent service and the quality of the home, we would 100% stay in this specific property or any other Casiola-managed home again!

The communication and help leading up to the stay was great. The main level was decently cleaned and pool/ hot tup was good. It was when we arrived we reported right away things were not clean upstairs, their was hair in the bathroom, blood looking spots on the wall, one of the beds had spots all over it that looked like sperm. When cleaning off one of the beds and sheets, stands and headboard, the clorox wipes turned yellow like pee. The upstairs smelled like dog pee, unvaccumed, walls were all dinged up. We got a reply that they were looking into it and thanks for patience. They reached out next day asking what bed so they can change it, which was over 24 hours, so not even addressing the bed right away, They said they will address the other items after our departure. When reaching out to them asking them for updates or what can be done, the standard reply of "thanks for your patience while we look into this". they stated they didn't get our complaints or pictures when they were all sent in right away. Was very disheartening of the service that was provided. Will not be referring or going to them again. I am still waiting for a response from them to make it right, When I reach out they say they are putting it all together and checking with the staff. standard canned AI message. The pictures of the upstairs do not represent what it is at all.

The house was great -the pool/hot tub was the issue-never got hot after i paid the same day we checked in the extra 35 a day-did get a refund for only 1 day-then sprinklers busted outside the cage-so more cold water coming into pool & hot tub-was told to keep covers on to warm it-no covers to be found-so we made it the best time we could for my daughters bachelorette party

I want to start off by saying this is a beautiful property and everything was nice and clean. The rooms were in mint condition and we had everything we needed. The pool was perfect. The communication between the host and I was almost instantly. I would say the only thing that I would recommend to change would be the pool table because it was a smaller one, but other than that, we enjoyed the home and the amenities that are all included. We would definitely recommend this beautiful home and we will definitely consider coming back again. We had an amazing time!
