It is in a downtown city area so please be aware that comes with city life including noise.

Please note the cosmetics on the exterior of the house are a work in progress.

Within walking distance to all the restaurants, nightlife, downtown attractions including the Amway arena and the Dr. Philips Center. Lake Eola is very close by.

Publix & convenient stores are around the corner. Lynx limo bus which is free goes to all the main attractions in the area. There's also the sunrail. Uber, zip car, lyft and taxis.

Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in & ID submitted for security. Info will not be shared. Please note that the lead Guest must sign the rental agreement and the ID supplied must contain the same name and address as the credit card provided for the booking. If the lead guest is not paying for the booking, the person who is paying must sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID, and their name and address should match the name on the credit card. If this is not the case, the booking will be cancelled by the host.

Perfect location in the historic district and a very short walk to beautiful Lake Eola. Lots of shops, outdoor cafes, restaurants and bars. And there is also a Publix near the southside of Lake Eola There's no need to drive anywhere. Lots happening around Lake Eola on the weekends. The studio was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Having grown up in Orlando in the 60's through the 80's I appreciate a lot of its history. The old studio is located behind what was Orlando High School built in the 1920's and attended by astronaut John Young who flew multiple missions to space from Gemini, an Apollo 16 moonwalk, and pilot of the first space shuttle Columbia. Young was a hometown hero. I remember hearing him speak at an event in the park across the street from the high school in the early to mid 70's. This is an area of old Orlando few tourists see. Beautiful foliage, brick streets. I'd stay again!

The host was very accommodating to our requests and communicated well. It's a nice comfortable place with a nice seprated work area. Although downtown is super quiet and unexciting, there are tons of coffee shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. It's a great spot to relax, and use as "home base" for outings (very close to the parks).

The location for the cost is amazing! You are not going to find a more convenient spot for the price. A couple things to note is that the entrance feels like you are going into an attic space but then the apartment itself is great. Bare bones but great. The other thing is that the walls are a bit thin, we could hear our neighbors when they were getting back from their night out at around 3am, but being in the heart of downtown not unexpected. Overall, would deff recommend.

The pictures don’t do it justice, the place looks nicer than the picture show it. The area is nice, the place was clean. That area was wonderful, you can’t beat the location!
