Ceci est un tout nouveau (dĂ©cembre 2015) 5 chambres 4. 5 salles de bains situĂ©es au cƓur de la communautĂ© champions gate Ă  Davenport FL, la distance en voiture est de 10 min des parcs Disney, belle propriĂ©tĂ© et excellent emplacement. Il peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  11 personnes. Piscine, spa et salle de jeux sont disponibles dans la maison (chauffage de la piscine en supplĂ©ment). WiFi gratuit dans la maison, A / C dans la salle de jeux. Nous sommes fiers d'ĂȘtre la premiĂšre maison verte de la communautĂ©, toute la maison est alimentĂ©e par des panneaux solaires installĂ©s sur le toit de la maison, lorsque le soleil n'est pas autour du rĂ©seau Ă©lectrique ordinaire, rien Ă  craindre ... vous ne remarquera jamais la diffĂ©rence.

Our family had an absolutely amazing time at this property. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-appointed and comfortable the house was. The highlight for us was definitely the pool – it was pristine, generously sized, and provided endless fun and relaxation throughout our trip. The convenience of being just a short walk to the clubhouse was a game-changer, making access to amenities seamless. This property truly offers the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and an ideal location. The host Roberto was also extremely responsive and made sure that our stay way perfect! The check in process was also seamless and efortless which is extremely important when traveling with a large group of people coming from different states, and traveling with young children. l Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

2 Weeks in Disney World and Universal

Stayed at this property for a total of 12 full days and the listing is a true reflection of the home. Lots of room, great amenities, pool and hot tub were awesome after a long day at the parks. The massaging chair was excellent as well and used daily.Great location to all parks and the area is very nice and quiet. My family and I would stay here again! The owner Roberto was awesome to deal with along with the property management company. Can’t say enough good things about them both!

Amazing Home Away from Home

We just stayed at this amazing house for two weeks and did NOT want to leave to go back home!!! The house has an amazing layout! There is a master bedroom downstairs with an en suite that opens out to the pool deck (completely eliminating drippy bathing suites tracking through the house, and another half bath by the front door. Upstairs there is a second king room with en-suite.. there is also a queen en-suite that also opens to a second small living-room upstairs which was a lovely little surprise for us! The last two bedrooms are situated in a corner opposite each other with a bathroom to share right next to them. Lots of privacy and space for everyone!!! We’ve never encountered such a well equipped kitchen in a rental house! Two coffee makers made life extremely convenient for our 6 coffee drinkers every morning! The appliances were beautiful (although I’m biased as I have the same kitchen aid appliances at home) and there were more then enough dishes for us to cook a full Christmas dinner and have a lovely family sit down meal! The house is advertised to have a washer/dryer, but it actually has TWO washer units!!!! Perfect for a large crowd! Also, at first I was like, ‘oh nice, a massage chair’ but honestly left feeling so relaxed that I’ve been shopping for one on the ride back home! Now for my favorite part of the house
 the back patio!!! The pool and hot tub were great! The cozy furniture, however, made this our go-to spot every morning and evening!

Great villa

This villa was really well maintained and very clean. Clearly the owner has spent a considerable amount of money to ensure the villa is presented to a high standard. Designer bedding, comfy beds, Sonos speakers / soundbars throughout the property and a Weber bbq. Close to the Oasis Club Clubhouse which had some good facilities. Champions Gate itself is a really busy area traffic wise so time for this needs to be accounted for when going on a day out. We did have one issue when trying to check in which was more about the management company than the owner of the villa. After a very long day travelling we couldn’t get in through the security gate as the management company hadn’t updated their system with our details. Eventually got resolved after an expensive out of ours international call but it was a hassle we didn’t need. Despite this oversight I should say that the management company were great to deal with and any issue that we had was quickly resolved. Overall I would absolutely recommend this villa.

This vacation home was beautiful! The furnishings were high end, it was very clean, it had comfortable beds and the kitchen supplies were great quality. The pool and outdoor space were perfect for our family! Roberto was an excellent host! Very responsive and helpful! There were some issues to get through the gate upon arrival (which were resolved by Roberto) but after that our stay was wonderful!

The house was is wonderful condition and extremely clean. It exceeded our expectations. The outdoor area was so comfortable and perfect for spending evenings after the parks or days off lounging by the pool. The kids loved the game room, especially the air hockey. Family Disney/Universal Trip

Great location. Close to the parks and I4. Home was in a very nice neighborhood and gated which safety wise was great. Our neighbors were very quiet and respectable. The outdoor space and pool was so nice and utilized everyday. We all fought over who would get the massage chair at the end of a long day at Disney and Universal which was a bonus. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend. Just a few glitches, but we were able to get them resolved with the owner of the home.

Fantastic Host

The property was as described, and really made for a comfortable stay. Roberto and the management company were extremely responsive and any issues we had were resolved in a flash. The only niggle we had was the noise from the people partying in the properties behind, but again a call to security and it was resolved fairly quickly. I would really recommend Roberto's place as it was super comfy and located far enough away from all the usual areas which are crammed by tourists. Great 5-week vacation and great property

Great house with even better management communication.

We had 9 people at the house and it was a perfect size for our group. Had a little hiccup checking in but Roberto and his team were very fast responding to all of our questions. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of the message chair during your stay. Having access to the Oasis club was a huge plus and I would recommend this house to anyone.

House was perfect! The house was Clean and met all our our needs and in a great location in Champions Gait. Owner and management company were very responsive to questions and accommodated our needs for a high chair and crib for our little one. The one negative thing that was not the owners fault, but we will never book a trip again when the Pop Warner football tournaments are taking place in Disney. The champions gait community was completely overrun with young middle school and possibly high school kids everywhere. It was not a pleasant time at the community center as none of them had parents around and they got the water slide and lazy River shut down several times for not abiding by the rules. That was our mistake-lesson learned.

Great vacation rental

This home was a great price for a vacation home. We are familiar with the area and decided to book this rental for us and family as part of our big family vacation. Home was exactly as pictures show, clean, quick check in process and plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 children (ages 9 months to 12 yrs). Everyone had their own room and bathroom! Home has basic kitchen items for cooking and provides towels as well. This is not a negative and didn’t mess with my stay, we managed, but it would be kind of neat to have a play pen/crib for an infant stored in the house somewhere for people who travel via plane and can’t pack one. We will book here again! Loved it!

Beautiful, clean home!

Our family of 5 stayed at this property for an entire week and have more then enough room for all of us. House was very clean and as pictured in the photos. My kids loved the pool area and there was nice seating outside for us to relax and watch them swim for hours! There was a short wait at the gate to get into the community when we arrived Saturday evening, but the line did move and that was the only time we saw a line at either gate. Lots of restaurants within driving distance as well as retail stores. We drove to beaches at both the Gulf and Atlantic during our stays, both were between 1 1/2 to 2 hours away from this property. The upstairs AC unit was not working when we arrived but a call to maintenance and a message to the property owner, Roberto, and they were able to get the issue fixed during our stay. Property owner was very responsive to messages as well as called me directly to talk about the ac issue multiple times. Make sure to bring in all personal items from the pool area, we had no issues leaving things out until we had some googles and beach balls turn up missing the last evening of our stay after we had left the property for a few hours that afternoon. We did not report this as it was less then $30 worth of items, but don’t want others to make the same mistake that we did. We at no time during our stay thought that anyone would come into our pool area nor did we feel unsafe, but we should have taken better precautions as some people are tempted to take things that do not belong to them. Not sure if the pool screen doors lock, but would assume these needed to stay unlocked for the property management company to service the pool. Overall we would stay at this property again if we were to return to the area.

4 adults. The house was clean. Very nice set up. We loved the private pool and spent much of our time outside in the patio. It was clean upon our arrival. Roberto responded so quickly to any inquiry. He was great. The only downside had nothing to do w this property. The houses are close together and neighbors decided to play loud music late in the evenings when we were enjoying our peace and quiet. Overall. We loved the stay. Thank you Roberto!
