INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:

-We maintain the pool at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) heat is available for $35/day or $225/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 50 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!

- Guests are welcome to use the grill free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.
