*It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $30 connection

*The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°F. The maximum temperature to SPA is 102°F.

* If the guest want to use the BBQ, there will be a cleaning fee of $ 120. The guest must provide a propane replacement if the tank is over
