This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom pool home is just waiting for your family to create some amazing memories.

Vaulted ceilings and tile/LVP flooring in all common areas, all bedrooms have carpeting. TVs in every bedroom.

Just beyond you will enter the kitchen where you can just imagine creating those family favorites. With practical and clean appliances, the kitchen has a closet pantry, brefast table and breakfast bar. The oversized dining table has ample seating for 6 and the relaxing family room has comfortable seating for all. Double opening, french patio doors lead to the fenced private yard, with no rear neighbors and the pool and spa that has plenty of room for the whole family.

Ground floor access to the master suite features a king size bed offering, walk-in closet, a private en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, garden tub and separate shower stall.

The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor along with a relaxing loft area with loads of room and confortable seating. Perfect for reading a book, hanging out or just talking with family and freinds.

The second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed with flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 also features a Queen-sized bed with flat screen TV. Bathroom 2 services the upstairs bedrooms and has a shower/tub combo.

There is also a separate laundry room off the entrance to the home with a washer and dryer. Our third bathroom is also conveniently placed in this location too!

Pool Policy: A private pool & spa is available on the property. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
