The Space:

Mornings begin with light streaming through wide windows and the quiet anticipation of a day shaped entirely by you. The house slowly comes to life as coffee brews in the kitchen, plans form around the dining table, and the promise of poolside afternoons or cozy evenings indoors sets an easy rhythm for your stay. Tucked within the ChampionsGate community, this villa offers space to gather, unwind, and enjoy time together without feeling rushed.



The home

Designed for larger groups, the villa features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two separate living areas that make it easy to spread out or come together. One bedroom is located downstairs, while five bedrooms are upstairs, giving everyone a sense of privacy. The main family room is set up for relaxed evenings, with comfortable seating and a TV that’s ready for movie nights or catching a favorite show.



Sleeping arrangements

Downstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king bed and sleeps two. Upstairs, you’ll find another primary bedroom with a king bed, two bedrooms each with a queen bed, and two themed bedrooms. The Clouds bedroom has one full bed and one twin bed and sleeps two. The Minions bedroom also has one full bed and one twin bed and sleeps two. Bed linens and bathroom essentials are provided for a comfortable stay.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is well suited for group meals, with ample counter space and stainless steel appliances. Whether you’re preparing a big breakfast before heading out or a simple dinner at home, the kitchen connects easily to spacious indoor dining areas that encourage long, shared meals and conversation.



Outdoor living

Step outside to your private pool and hot tub, an inviting space for slowing down after busy days. The patio offers room to sit, enjoy the water, or fire up the BBQ grill for casual outdoor meals. Pool loungers make it easy to relax with a book or take a break between swims.



Entertainment and extras

A dedicated game room adds another layer of fun, featuring a pool table and ping pong table for friendly competition. Practical touches like a washer and dryer, self check-in with a smart lock, and free parking on the premises help make longer stays feel effortless. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are also available.



Neighborhood and amenities

Located within ChampionsGate, guests have access to community amenities including resort-style pools, a lazy river, fitness center, golf facilities, and more. Dining options and attractions are nearby, making it easy to balance days at home with time exploring the area.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.



Play a round of golf or revel in fine-dining at a top-rated restaurant. Regardless of your interests, The Retreat at ChampionsGate promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW BEFORE RENTING THIS HOME

Upon Arrival, cleaning crew was still there, door lock didnt work, and this was just the start. *Trash in the trash cans *Clothing left over from others *Trash behind couches and on the pool table *2 bathrooms un-usable *Pool ceiling failing down (Be careful) *at least 9 screens missing outside *Pool fence broken *No pool heat *Holes in the walls everywhere *Game room: NOT 1 game has everything to work *Master Bathroom had no water Very Dirty, Dingy, Old home. DO NOT stay here, as I feel this home should NOT be rented at all. We are actually in the process of suing this management company until they refund us our money. We even had to leave 2 days due to know water and they told us to use the community building instead of the house. Save urself the trouble & Find a different house, this place is dirty and falling apart, and the MGT company will NOT help you. they will ask for all the proof, and when u send it they will keep asking for it, then pretend they didnt get it all. Shady Company. BE CAREFUL!!!!!
