Step inside our Magical Muggle Mansion, a unique and captivating vacation home designed to immerse you in the world of Harry Potter. This 8 and 1/2-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa is an enchanting haven that accommodates up to 23 guests. Each room is thoughtfully crafted to evoke the magic of the beloved series, offering an unparalleled experience for Harry Potter enthusiasts of all ages !

Immerse yourself in the grandeur of the Hogwarts-style grand hall, where feasts and gatherings come to life. Discover the wonders of the Astronomy Tower, featuring a queen bed and shared bathroom. Experience the opulence of Gringotts Bank, boasting a king bed and private ensuite. Unwind in the cozy Cupboard Under The Stairs, a perfect retreat for a restful sleep. Explore the depths of Dumbledore's Secret Library, complete with a queen bed and shared bathroom.

For the little ones, the Honeydukes Candy Store is a dream come true, featuring 4 singles in two bunk beds, wall climbing, a ball pit, and a fireman pole. Embark on a magical journey aboard the Hogwarts Express - Platform 9 3/4, with a queen bed and Jack and Jill style bathroom. Quidditch enthusiasts will find their haven in the Quidditch Stadium, boasting a queen bed and private ensuite!

London City and the Knight Bus offer a whimsical retreat with 6 singles in two triple bunk beds, a slide, hideout corners, and a mega bean bag. And don't miss the extraordinary BONUS Room: Hagrid's Hut! Step into the private home theater, complete with a 180-inch screen, comfortable Lazy Boy chairs, a massage chair, dragon eggs, and Hagrid's motorcycle and sidecar for the ultimate movie experience.

Indulge in relaxation and recreation with a private backyard oasis. Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool, unwind in the spa, and soak up the sun on the poolside loungers. The outdoor living area features a BBQ grill, relaxation chairs, and a TV with Bluetooth speakers. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a waffle maker and Keurig Coffee machine. ★Access Information★

All guests have exclusive access to this entire 8 and 1/2 bedroom villa, private pool & spa, and all of the clubhouse amenities at no additional cost except for the golf course (discounts available)!

To get in, you will be provided with an electronic guest pass for the duration of your stay. You will need to provide us with your party's name (or the name of the person in charge) and best email address so we can register you with the security gate.

Guest will have access to the entire house!

★House Rules★

By booking this property, you agree to the following rules and terms. Please read carefully to avoid additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.

★Guests Rules★

• Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per person, per night.
• No parties or events allowed. Unauthorized gatherings will result in a $1,000 fee and immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
• No pets are allowed on the property. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee.
• No illegal drugs in the home or anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee.
• Smoking, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee.
• Check-out is at 10 AM; if you check out late without prior approval, you will be charged $100 per hour.
• Maximum of 23 guests. Additional, unapproved guests will be charged $100 per person, per night.
• Please clean up after yourself. Excessive mess will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• Do not remove, cover, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, security cameras, Wi-Fi equipment, or any safety devices. You will be charged for any resulting damages and reinstallation costs.

★Appliances & Maintenance★

• Please use appliances responsibly. Misuse or damage may result in additional fees.
• Do not overload the washer or dryer. Clean out the lint trap after each use.
• If something breaks or stops working, report it immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
• If we dispatch maintenance and the issue is due to user error or the item is working properly, a $75 service call fee will be charged.

★Left Behind Items★

If any personal items are left behind, there will be a $25 fee plus shipping and travel costs to have them delivered or returned to you.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in a $500 fee and/or immediate eviction without refund.
If you notice any damages or breakages upon arrival, please inform us immediately so that we can make necessary arrangements for repairs.
