Downstairs is open plan living with plenty of seating for everyone, kitchen bar seating, multiple sofas and chairs and a separate large family dining area.



How much you use the dining table depends entirely on how often you prefer to eat outside as there is also a dining table with umbrella available for all the family outside and sun loungers for your private use.



You can also experience alfresco dining with a view of the pool and green surrounding or lounge by the pool at an enclosed back patio.



You may also enjoy outdoor BBQ dining!



The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($200 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $40 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.



It is therefore always best to let us know in advance if you would prefer a heated pool during your stay as we can plan and organize this at no additional cost.



Utilities costs in Florida are high and during winter the cost of heating a pool from start up to operating temperature (which can take approximately 24 hours, sometimes longer), costs between $70 and $120 depending on the nature of the specific pool setup.

This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’)

We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 + and of course their young families in this family home. Now is a great time to relax in a beautifully clean, private vacation home in the sun and with access to your own private crystal clear swimming pool. Large groups of those close to or under 25 are not usually permitted.
