Spacious Accommodations: With ample room to spread out, our home comfortably accommodates large families or groups, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind. BONUS: Guesthouse fully equipped.
Home Layout: The main house consists of 4 bedrooms (each with 1 queen bed), living room, dining room and full kitchen. The guesthouse has its own private entrance, 1 bedroom (Queen bed), a living room with a daybed (2 twin beds), full bath and a full kitchen. This suite is perfect for family members that want complete privacy!
Inviting Pool Area: Dive into the large 7ft deep, private, sparkling pool, ideal for fun-filled days under the sun. Whether you're lounging on the deck or taking a refreshing dip, the pool area is the heart of relaxation. Our Heated pool allows you to enjoy our amazing pool/oasis all year round. Unlike a Hotel/Resort, our heated pool area will be exclusive for your family and friends.
The patio has new outdoor furniture including, dining table, chair recliners, sectional sofa, a large umbrella and a Weber professional gas grill. Please see "Other details" below.
Pets: We are dog friendly. Your pet will love our fully enclosed backyard. The dog can also be walked by the neighborhood sidewalk. There is also a community park 1 mile away, perfect for dogs.
Trained dog is allowed for a $150 fee (only 1 dog allowed). The fee may be waived for registered service dogs. Must provide valid registration number with the United States Service Animal Registrar. Service dogs must always be with guest, and not be left behind for any reason.

Prime Location: Located just a short drive from top theme parks, youâll have easy access to thrilling attractions and entertainment. Spend less time commuting and more time enjoying the magic!
I encourage you to pay closer attention and look at the map before booking in the outskirts of Orlando or nearby cities like Kissimmee, Davenport, Champions Gate, which are not ideal.
Location location location!! focus on location because it is possibly the most important detail when booking a vacation home.

Modern Amenities: Each bedroom has its own smart tv. The WIFI is blazing fast providing the best speed for our theme park guests, business guests, and remote work guests. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining areas, and comfortable living spaces, making mealtimes and family gatherings a breeze.
Early check-in or late check-out: We are happy to accommodate early arrival and late departure when we can. You can purchase an early check-in 24hrs before your arrival or a late check-out 12hrs before you depart. Just send me a message. We cannot guarantee any early check ins prior to 24 hours before arrival, and we cannot accommodate a late check out request made within 12hrs of departure because they are based on availability.
Price is $25 each hour. The latest check-out we can accommodate is 3pm.
Guest has access to all spaces in the house! The backyard area has .3 acre of land! it is Huge!
This house has a limit of 4 car parking space. This house does not have access to the garage.
Extra things to know:
- Our pool may be heated by request and the per day fee is $20 x the number of days of your stay (minimum of 3 days) This is completely optional. Please let us know in advance if you would like this option.
- Weber gas grill fee is $40 for the entire stay.
- Please note that we have weekly pool and yard maintenance that cannot be skipped
- NOTE: Our home is located on a busy road, which may result in some traffic noise. However, this prime location also means you're just minutes away from Universal Studios, major restaurants, and countless local attractions. If convenience and accessibility are high on your list, youâll love staying here!
- Security Cameras on the outside perimeter only. Cameras run 24/7.
All guest have to follow these rules at all times. These rules are strongly enforced.
- Because this is an short-term rental community, not a hotel, and is also my home when my family comes to Orlando, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
- Patio Umbrellas must not be left opened and unattended. Guests must close umbrellas after each use. It can get very windy in Orlando; therefore, any damages to umbrellas due to negligence will be charged to guests.
- To provide the best quality service to our guest, we offer white hotel-quality towels/linens. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach lines/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guest are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all the laundry. Unsalvageable lines/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
- No parties or events
- No loud noises between 10pm-8am
- No unregistered guests
- No smoking of ANY kind
- We provide basic supplies such as linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels to get you started on your trip. The guest is responsible for purchasing additional items as needed.
- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure.
- This is a family oriented and child friendly home, however children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. Children are not allowed in the swimming pool area without an adult actively supervising.
- Pool: To avoid injury, no bombing or running in the pool area. No glasses or bottles are to be taken in to the pool area - only plastic items allowed.
PET RULES:
1. Please walk your dog regularly to avoid any mishaps inside the house and the pool area.
2. Dogs must stay away from beds and sofas to avoid potential stains, pee and hair
3. Dogs are very territorial in new homes please keep an eye on them specially the first day as they may pee on the sofas, beds and walls.
4. Our backyard and pool area attracts lots families with children. They play and run in the grass. Please make sure to avoid any droppings in the backyard.
