Mornings unfold easily here, whether you’re sharing coffee before heading out or easing into the day after a late night of laughter. Evenings invite everyone back together, with space to spread out and reconnect under the Florida sky.



This entire villa is set within the Windsor at Westside Resort, a gated community known for its extensive shared amenities and proximity to the area’s major theme parks. The home is designed for large groups, offering room for both togetherness and quiet moments.



Living spaces

The main living area offers generous seating, making it easy for everyone to gather after a day out. Open sightlines connect the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a natural flow for group meals, games, or movie nights on the TV. Climate control with air conditioning and heating keeps the home comfortable year-round.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for home-cooked meals, with a dedicated dining area for shared breakfasts or relaxed dinners. Whether you’re planning quick snacks or full family meals, everything you need is close at hand.



Sleeping arrangements

The villa features 9 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. Downstairs, you’ll find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering convenience for guests who prefer main-floor access. Upstairs, there are 7 additional bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. With a total of 13 beds, the layout comfortably supports larger groups while allowing privacy across both floors.



Outdoor areas

Step outside to your private pool, located just beyond the back door. The patio provides space to unwind, enjoy the grill, or spend time together outdoors. Pool heat is available as an option, and the area is well suited for relaxed afternoons or calm evenings after busy days out.



Resort amenities

As a guest, you’ll have free access to Windsor at Westside’s shared resort amenities. These include a large resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, fitness center, and a clubhouse with arcade games and a bar and lounge. Sports courts, picnic areas, and BBQ spaces round out the experience, all within walking distance of the home.



Location

The villa is located off State Road 192 and US 27, near I-4, placing you within easy reach of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Disney World is approximately 20–25 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios a short drive further. Everything you need is close, yet the community setting offers a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
