We have a great selection of privately owned condos and townhouses available here, each designed with your vacation enjoyment in mind, and Disney Retreat is a great example of that. Serviced by two elevators, this charming second floor unit comes extremely well equipped. Boasting 1,246 square feet of living space Disney Retreat manages to retain a cozy feel with carefully chosen, quality furnishings throughout, while still providing all the space that a family on vacation will love. The thought that the owners put into creating a relaxing vibe runs throughout this home too.

As with our other homes, we do restrict occupancy to 6 people here to preserve the integrity of the home, a decision what has served us very well judging by the comments hundreds of delighted guests over the years. The bedrooms consist of one king size master which has full en-suite facilities, a queen room which is very nicely decorated with high end bedding and furniture, and a third bedroom specially themed as a Mickey Mouse room for children. The Queen and twin bedrooms share the second full bathroom. We should add that all towels and linens are provided for your stay too, another great feature offered in your home from home.



Disney Retreat also boasts a compact kitchen, a spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a 65" flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available.

*Please note that the condominium also has high speed wireless Internet access, which is offered complimentary to all our guests. High speed wireless Internet access is also complimentary when you relax by the pool and waterslides.



After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal.

A patio door from the living area leads onto a private patio furnished with a table and chairs. Facing in a Easterly direction, you can enjoy the sun each morning, perhaps enjoying a nice breakfast as you plan your next adventure!.

Disney Retreat has been an incredibly popular condo and really is an impressive option for all the family, from those who want superb resort style amenities, to families just looking to relax, in surroundings that have a real touch of luxury. Incidentally, for those who have difficulty with stairs, this second floor unit has that covered too as the building is serviced by 2 elevators.

Windsor Hills Resort

Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. The Windsor Hills villas each have private, screened-in pools in addition to the fabulous community pool and kids’ water park. This secure, 24/7 guarded community has everything and more for your family vacation.

Some of Windsor Hills’ notable features include a luxurious zero-entry pool, water park with fountains and water slides, a hot tub/spa, and a toddler splash pad. There are plenty of recreational areas, including tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts for everyone. There’s even a putting green! Windsor Hills also features multiple playgrounds for the children, including a large castle-style playground.

The enormous Windsor Hills clubhouse overlooks the double Olympic-sized swimming pool and houses billiards tables, a video game area, a marketplace with grill, a fitness room with top of the line fitness equipment, a high definition surround sound movie theater, and other outdoor recreational activities. All Windsor Hills vacation rentals are located less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, just one mile from the attraction-packed Highway 192, less than a mile from a Walmart Supercenter and gas station, about 2.5 miles from I-4, and 10 minutes from Celebration, the community designed and built by Disney. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

Universal Orlando Resort is about 21 minutes away, and Sea World about 19 minutes, traffic permitting. Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral is just over an hour away. In the other direction, Clearwater Beach is about an hour and a half drive.

There are several golf courses within easy reach, including Mystic Dunes, a 72-par public course designed by Champions Tour Player and NBC Golf Analyst Gary Koch. It’s literally a five minute walk away. Legends course at Orange Lake (5 minute drive) and the beautiful course at Celebration (15 minute drive) are also nearby.

* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.

* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 3-5 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, directions, and internet password for the property.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
