The Disney Dream is a gorgeous family vacation home near all the fun of Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.

The Space:

GREAT LOCATION NEAR THEME PARKS

The Disney Dream overlooks a lake in our gated vacation home community in Kissimmee, Florida. While we are tucked away from the crowds of Orlando, we are still near all the theme park fun:

COMMUNITY AMENITIES

Within our neighborhood, all-new resort amenities are just XX. Choose among swimming pools, a splash pad and water slides. Or sand volleyball, mini golf and a half basketball court. And don’t miss the spectacular lazy river. There’s also a clubhouse, ice cream shop and tiki bar, plus a man-made lake where you can rent kayaks. While most amenities are free, there is a charge for some like mini golf and kayak rentals.



PATIO, POOL & HOT TUB

After a day at Disney World, nothing beats relaxing on our glass-enclosed patio. Lay back on chaise loungers as you take in the lake view. Swim with the kids in our pool. And fire up the BBQ grill as a neon sunset colors the sky. Our table seats 8 guests, and there’s even a TV for watching your favorite shows. Steps away, sip piña coladas in our lounge area – and talk for hours in the hot tub, under the magical Orlando stars.



FAMILY ROOM

Inside, our family room invites you to connect with each other among beautiful, modern decor. Cozy seating is aplenty: from light gray sofas with fabulous pillows to leather poufs and green velvet chairs. Striking art pieces – like a glittering gold alligator – also add to the elegant yet relaxed vibe. Other features include a 65” smart TV and a full bathroom located behind the chairs (you can access it from the patio, too).



KITCHEN & DINING ROOM

The kitchen carries out the modern warmth of our home. A charcoal backsplash meets crisp white cabinets which have everything you’ll need to make home-cooked meals. We also have stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space and a coffee & tea bar (K-Cup pods, creamer, sugar, tea bags and electric kettle included). Extra touches include an alcove with a desk and a counter bar where you can sit beneath hanging lights.



Right off the kitchen, our dining room is a glam take on safari style. You’ll find a zebra rug and black-and-white abstract artwork. Plus black woven leather and olive velvet chairs that tie the room together. Our white glossy table – it seats 10 – is an unforgettable setting for all your family meals. We also love the glass globe chandelier in here that dangles like stars from the black ceiling.



GAME ROOM

With an Avengers theme, the game room entertains everyone in the family with foosball, hoops and a pool table which transforms into air hockey. But wait, there’s more: enjoy two gaming chairs with LED lights and big-screen TVs that connect to your devices. The biggest surprise? Two massive bean bags that roll out into … queen beds!



UPSTAIRS DEN

Upstairs, our den has a gray sofa that sprawls across the room – and even plays music when connected to a Bluetooth device. Rest your feet on one of the emerald green ottomans and settle in for a movie night with your favorite snacks.



6 BEDROOMS

Our six bedrooms are peaceful retreats where you’ll get a good night’s sleep. Three rooms for adults have luxury mattresses, stunning toss pillows, and bedside tables with lamps. Enjoy your own smart TV as well as modern artwork and pieces like gold and velvet chairs. For the kids, Disney World comes alive in three rooms with fun themes: Mickey Mouse, Animal Kingdom and Disney princess. From a Mickey mural to a jungle wall and princess beds with sparkly pillows, your kids will love their very own “piece” of the park.

Our bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests. All rooms are upstairs, except Bedroom 1 which is on the main floor. In addition, two large bean bags in the game room roll out into queen beds and can sleep 4 guests.



6 BATHROOMS

Six bathrooms are spread throughout the house, with two downstairs and four upstairs. Enjoy glass walk-in showers, double vanities and artwork – and tropical palm wallpaper in the bathroom off the family room. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, except the princess room. And the master bath has a glorious soaking tub where you can soothe tired muscles after a day at Disney.



We also provide toiletry starter kits with these amenities: toilet paper, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and shower cap.

Guest Access:

You have private access to The Disney Dream and all amenities during your stay. For your privacy, our patio is glass-enclosed and located along a lake. You can access our home any time with our secure, keyless entry.



Getting Around:

We are tucked away from the crowds of Orlando while still being just a few miles from all the theme park fun:

☀ Disney World theme parks – 6.5 to 9.6 miles

☀ Universal Studios theme parks – 9.7 miles



Additionally, Orlando International Airport is 11.2 miles away.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT

To book The Disney Dream, the primary renter must be at least 21 years old. This person must stay at the house and is responsible for all other guests.



RENTAL AGREEMENT

Signing our rental agreement is required to complete your booking. We will share this agreement through email.



WELCOME GUIDEBOOK

Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive a digital welcome guidebook that contains all the house and neighborhood information you will need.



CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is any time after 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. We will process your payment the day of check-in and send you a code to access the house.



ARRIVAL & PARKING

As our home is in a gated resort community, please check in at the security gate and display your pass on the dashboard for in and out access.



There are parking spaces for many cars right in front of our home (no car limit).

NO SHOES POLICY

Thank you for taking off your shoes while in our home so we can preserve our floors, rugs and carpets.



SWIMMING POOL

Children must be monitored in and near our pool at all times. No diving is allowed. And young children must wear swim diapers in the pool (no regular diapers are allowed).



You are welcome to heat the swimming pool for an additional $30 per night, for a minimum of three nights. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so.



QUIET HOURS

Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.



PETS

Pets are not allowed at The Disney Dream, including service animals. A fee starting at $500 will be applied if a pet is detected. Thank you for understanding.



SMOKING

To keep The Disney Dream fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted (inside or outside). If smoke is detected, there will be a $500 fine.



PARTIES & EVENTS

Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $1,000 fine and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep The Disney Dream in wonderful shape for all guests to come.

If any damage occurs during your stay, please let us know so we can address any issues right away.
